Georgio was extremely helpful and communicated incredibly well with us, even before we arrived. The location was very central and the hotel itself was very pleasant. We were supplied with everything we needed and made to feel very welcome.

This was an absolutely perfect hotel in a very central location. A private experience with only 4 rooms. Plenty of snacks and excellent hospitality. Was like being at home ... As Giorgio put it "this is your home" for the duration of your stay. Giorgio was an incredible host with a wealth of info about what to see and great restaurant recommendations. He was like having a personal travel guide. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

    Good location, lovely receptionist.

Broken seat in bathroom, additional shower can't be used as the waterflow is very strong.

Perfect location!!! The place is new and very clean. Giorgio was very kind and helpful - He recommended 2 restaurants that were perfect!

Wifi sometimes had connection problems (couldn't use the Skype in our mobile)

The heating is a bit too high, the rooms tend to get too dry and hot overnight. But it is cosy

Max and Giorgio were terrific and very helpful. The location was wonderful- 1/2 block from the metro and only minutes to walk to the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and shopping. Very clean.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Familiar atmosphere, nice rooms, wifi works!, Central located (close to piazza barberini and the piazza spagna) - blue ice shop just opposite ;-) and nice cafes quite close for having breakfast

Hmmm..... Nothing... An espresso maker at the room would have been nice, but you find great coffee in every cafe in italy ;-)

Perfect location - 5 mins walk from the Spanish Stairs and a famous Trinita dei Monti church, 20 mins walk from villa Borghese etc. Absolutely charming hosts - Max and Giorgio - who make one feel at home; fruits and beverages available in the rooms at no extra charge; nice design solutions - just everything which adds to the great impressions from magnificent Rome! :)

Location was superb. It was so easy to get everywhere very easily. Also nice to have a kettle in the room with ample different types of tea and coffee as well as fruit to come back to after a long day sightseeing.

It would have been nice to have an English TV Chanel.

Excellent small new boutique hotel! we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks. Giorgio and Max, the managers, were very nice and helpful. They printed things that we needed, guided us how to buy tickets to a football match and gave us tips. They are not in the reception all the time but we didn't needed them because everything was excellent! The hotel is 2 min walk from berberini metro station and spanish staris and 5 min walk from Via del Corso and Trevi fountain. Execellent location. In 15-20 min walk you can get to every place in Rome (including the Vatican&Colosseum). The final happy surprise that we had from this hotel was when we came back to the hotel in the afternoon to take our luggage - althought we checked out in the morning, they let us take a shower in one of the rooms for free! after walking in Rome August heat all day it was very refreshing! Thanks Max&Giorgio!!! P.S. - it is beutiful exactly as the pictures show...

The flow in shower was a little bit weak but it's nothing compare to all the good things this hotel offers...

Exceeded all my expectations. Giorgio was very helpful and accommodating. The place is new, the design is great. Location - amazing. And it's definitely secure: having to pass 5 doors to get it:) You get the luxury of a 5 star hotel with the feeling of being at home, including a 24h access to fresh fruits and refreshments, should you have a midnight munches:) The only place in Rome I would stay from now on when coming back.

There is no sign of Relai Sistina outside, so you might not quite get it from the first time.

Location was good and room was clean and comfortable.

Wifi didn't work in the room so you have to do it in the public area. It's more a bed and breakfast than a hotel. No services on site at all after 12pm.
