Staff was very helpful especially the lady behind the front desk
The room was beautiful. Just like the picture. Dark out shutters and curtains caused us to oversleep! Great view, and close to lots of restaurants, sight seeing. Staff was fantastic! Great breakfast. The croissants were warm and amazing!
Internet only worked in the hallway. They did have a nice little bar top and chairs in the hall, but not exactly where I wanted to hang out. They did say they were working on it. Also, difficult to get in. You need a key at the street entrance or hope someone is there to answer. So, call ahead.
Position, style, spacious rooms.
You could stay in front of the wooden door, without being able to enter the hotel until someone comes by chance...
When I arrived the asigbed to me a different room much smaller and without view, but they try to make me a idiot. When I ask if this was my booked room they say:"we don't have your room but you will have a 10 euro discount" Bad staff, they try to cheat me and then seems that they were making me a favor with the discount.
Amazing, boutique, luxury bed and breakfast. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
The shower was tiny but the bathroom was lovely. The breakfast was very limited just toast, jam and a few slices if ham. Naples as a city itself left a lot to be desired- very dirty and hectic. If your planning on driving there I would rethink that. Relais was certainly in the good area so if your planning on going to Naples just stick to that part of town. Also nice and close for boats to Capri etc
Excellent choice of room with two balconies.Fantastic views. Lovely decor in an old building.Very helpful staff. Good area for restaurants and bars.
The noise at night kept you awake. The restaurant below had a singer. Also the Italians celebrate with fireworks after midnight Could do with coffee/tea making facilities in the room
It was right across from mediterrean. Good location for historic naples. Staff was most accommodating.
No wifi in room a little inconvenient. No phone available in room, but staff took phone calls for us.
Great location, amazing views, clean modern rooms
great staff the manager cute and welcoming hotel good location close to the port to take boats to Sorrento, etc. good breakfast, attention to detail for breakfast
It was farther better that I expected! the nicer thing was the use of cromo-ligths in the shower! and the staff incredible serviceable!
The hotel is located in good location. The staff in reception was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was never ready at 8am. We had to wait 10 mintues for the coffee . The food was less choice. We needed to wait, wait and wait. Even on the last day, The staff who was response for preparing breakfast was talking with his colleague, did not focus to prepare for breakfast. We had to ask the staff to bring more food for us. Breakfast should be set up on or before 8am.
The service provided by Francesca & Prabatk was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't fault our stay! Thank you so much. Lindsey & Mark Gowans.
Excellent location, great view, superb cleaning by very nice guy.
Wifi does not work on the room, but only on coridor.
A small boutique hotel with big comfortable rooms. Our room 104 had 2 balconies with stunning views of Vesuvius. Location was out of the main part of town so was better. Lots of places on the doorstep to eat and drink.
The choice at breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed in for this price.
Very helpfull staff
Great location! Beautiful spot near the bay.
Awkward hotel entrance.
Very good location, the hotel is actually directly facing the sea and Vesuvio, while it seems to be on a side street on the map due to the main entrance door. Rooms 104, 105 and 106 have better views. We have stayed in 106 and enjoyed the balcony as well.
Funny that the elevator works with 20 cents. Just get the elevator key from the reception to overcome that.
Was really a nice stay there, especially if u can catch a room with sea view - great !!!! in the morning, the team of the hotel was absolutely top, bcs we wanted to have breakfast on the balcony and they organized it in a perfect way TOP in Napoli
Nothing bad to say
I will definitely come to same hotel when I come to Naples, it s well situated, not far from train station and francesca the girl at the front desk was great, very helpful in everything, organise tour and recommend me the best places to visit and for eat. Thank you!
Bay-front view and proximity to good restaurants and sights.
Booking.com did not indicate this was a bed and breakfast rather than an actual hotel.
Excellent location, large spacious rooms, friendly staff, stunning views of the waterfront and Vesuvius! I highly recommend this hotel.
Welcoming staff/ good breakfast/close to many excellent restaurants over the bridge in the marina only a few blocks away./ quiet side street
Francesca was incredibly helpful with getting a taxi in the morning. The continental breakfast was quite good.
Note: the hotel is on the first floor (the equivalent of most American second floors), though, this was not an issue for us. There will be a double door and you will need to be buzzed in. It's the right door that you will open. We were idiots and could not figure out how to open the door.
Nicely decorated, good size room with sea view and small balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location near lots of restaurants, easy walk to shops and tourist sites. Close to the ferry terminal for trips to Capri and Sorrento.
Difficult to find entrance and how to get in, it's on the first floor. Would have liked coffee facilities available before breakfast, preferably in room.
Francesca was absolutely wonderful! She made our stay perfect...very accommodating with sightseeing suggestions...view of harbor and Vesuvius stunning. Room was very clean, bathroom awesome - contemporary lighting in shower was delightful...bed very comfortable...a great find!
