Staff was very helpful...kept our cheese in refrigerator, breakfast served conveniently, got taxis, etc. The location is really very convenient for tourist activities and has excellent traditional food restaurant adjacent |

いつもアットホームな対応でほっとします。観光客が集まる広場に接しているのですが、とても静かです。それでも、隣の建物にあるレストランの客が外で大声で話していて、ホテルの私たちの部屋の中までうるさいことがあります。ホテルの従業員も困っているそうですが、周辺の観光施設などと協力して静穏に保つような工夫はないのでしょうか。 泊まった部屋の上の階で歩く足音がよくきこえる。古い建物なので仕方がないのでしょうか。また、いつも寒い季節に利用しますが、暖房が深夜は切ってしまうというので、寝ていて寒い思いをすることがあります。 |

Exellente situation pour un séjour à Florence avec un personnel disponible et sympatique. La chambre dont nous disposions était spacieuse et très bien entretenue. L'hotel est difficile à trouver la signalétique est inexistante. |
