Extremely central location, could not be better, neighbouring the Uffizi museum etc. Clean, nice, high standard of rooms. Polite friendly staff. Very hard to find; wrong address when booking online, no signs. Wireless internet not workning more than in few spots. Not much of a breakfast. Parking some distance away and expensive (30€/24h); the expected downside of the central location in a large pedestrian area. |

Staff was very helpful...kept our cheese in refrigerator, breakfast served conveniently, got taxis, etc. The location is really very convenient for tourist activities and has excellent traditional food restaurant adjacent |

l'habitació és maca i acollidora. la sala d'estar dóna a la Piazza de la Signoria i per tant les vistes són molt agradables.ës molt tranquil . Hi ha molts graons i téns la sensació que si s'espatlla l'ascensor no podràs sortir per enlloc (evidentment sí que pots però és una casa una mica claustrofòbica |

La situation idéale au coeur du centre historique de Florence, la tranquillité totale ainsi que la gentillesse, l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel. Un séjour plus qu'agréable en bénéficiant du charme d'une ancienne bâtisse idéalement située pour visiter Florence, nombre de sites se trouvent à quelques minutes à pieds. Le choix un peu restreint offert par le buffet du petit-déjeuner. |

1) La posizione vicina a piazza della signoria permette di aprezzare appieno la bellezza del centro di Firenze. 2) il bagno nuovo, pulito e confortevole. La presenza della moquette nella camera. Sebbene la moquette sia nuova, io soffro di rinite allergica e la presenza della moquette mi da sempre dei problemi. Parquet o pavimento sono preferibili per il mio problema, che comunque riguarda molte persone. |

いつもアットホームな対応でほっとします。観光客が集まる広場に接しているのですが、とても静かです。それ- でも、隣の建物にあるレストランの客が外で大声で話していて、ホテルの私たちの部屋の中までうるさいことが- あります。ホテルの従業員も困っているそうですが、周辺の観光施設などと協力して静穏に保つような工夫はな- いのでしょうか。 泊まった部屋の上の階で歩く足音がよくきこえる。古い建物なので仕方がないのでしょうか。また、いつも寒い- 季節に利用しますが、暖房が深夜は切ってしまうというので、寝ていて寒い思いをすることがあります。 |

Exellente situation pour un séjour à Florence avec un personnel disponible et sympatique. La chambre dont nous disposions était spacieuse et très bien entretenue. L'hotel est difficile à trouver la signalétique est inexistante. |
