Everyone was charming and friendly and we were each upgraded to beautiful double rooms. Generous fresh breakfast which set us up for amazing sightseeing.
Bedroom 2 had a wet room shower and a bath with shower.the shower in the bath was more powerful. It's a shame that the water pressure in the lovely wet room is so poor.
Room was large. So easy to get to the centre, great location.
Breakfast was a bit poor, could have done with some toast and preserves. Room was very close to reception so was a bit noisy at times.
Location is the ONLY ONE good thing for it.
Have no hot water for shower after 10pm for two night I stayed. Ask the staff, the guy told me he cannot fix it and ask me to wait until next day. How can you let your customer wait till next day in a freezing night? Room is poor, seems like in 1970s. Definetely NOT RECOMMEND.
Location perfect , room clean , staff lovely ...
Location is the very first plus to mention, bordering directly with Piazza della Signoria, still being on a relatively quiet side street. Every major sight can be reached on foot. We also liked the nice furniture and overall style of the hotel. Good, fresh breakfast.
The room was not large but ok, the shower looked a bit old. Unpleasant smell in the hallway to the room.
Location. Location. Location. Couldn't be better! Staff was extremely helpful. Loved Firenze!
The staff was friendly and helpful. I was allowed access to my room well ahead of check in. Good breakfast and included in price.
Location is great, around the corner from the Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizzi Gallery
We booked a Junior Suite for three adults and it was never mentioned that the only bathroom was in the mezzanine where the single bed was at. We made the observation at the front desk and the reply was that "the next time you know and you can ask for the bathroom on the same level as the master bedroom"!!!!!!. We would not stay again!
Quality of the room.
The room in the annex was lovely with a small sitting area. The bath tub was terrific. The breakfast was very good. The staff was the best.
The toilet lid would not go up completely. It was mostly an inconvenience for my husband.
Excellent staff and perfect position. Piazza della Signoria is just around the corner.
My room was in the depandance and the stairs to be climbed with the luggages were really steep.
A Totally Unbeatable location and a very pleasant , professional staff. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was a nice touch.
WIFI did not work in our room during our 3 night stay. It only worked in the lobby area. The Annex (where we stayed) feels a little removed (second class!?) from the pleasant vibe of the main hotel.
Location, nice room, unique breakfast view to the piazza..
Price is a little bit high. Car not reachable. No parking lot, have to walk long way to arrive. Stairs are too high to get lagages get to the room.
Location Cleanliness Friendliness of staff
Had to go to main hotel for breakfast
We were in the Annexe which involved lugging our cases up one flight of stairs but this wasn't a problem as the friendly staff assisted us. We liked the location, the decor, the professional helpful staff, the spacious comfortable room and bed. It was all good.
We liked the convenience of the Relais Uffizi in relation to the sightseeing attractions in Florence. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly.
When we booked our room we asked for a ground floor room as my husband is disabled. From the breakfast room to our bedroom we had to take two lifts and a steep flight of marble stairs. The lifts were no problem however had we known about the steep flight of marble stairs we would not have booked this hotel.
Great location. Walk everywhere
Little shabby but clean Hard to find first time
Location, location, location
Poor to non-existent wifi
So close to all major sites
everything was wonderful
Location Breakfast Nice view from breakfast room on the Piazza della Signoria and on the cupola of Duomo
Arrival by car
Deluxe rooms were good, standard are to small. Traditional house.
The corridors had an issue with flooring. To much cushion, carpets and sofas in lobby, bit dusty.
The location is perfect for sight seeing. The staff was very nice and helpful with maps and suggestions. The breakfast was very nice with a great view from the sitting area. The rooms are very unique and fun.
The Wi-Fi is NOT good. This is not the hotel for those unable to walk stairs, as it is required for getting to the rooms. I agree with another traveler that the walkway outside can get a bit noisy, but it didn't really bother us.
