Ακύρωση
Για ακυρώσεις τουλάχιστον 7 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη, δε θα χρεωθείτε με ακυρωτικά.
Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα ή για "μη εμφάνιση", θα χρεωθείτε με την πρώτη νύχτα.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 5 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 3 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 15,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Κατοικίδια
Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται κατόπιν αιτήματος. Ενδέχεται να υπάρχει επιπρόσθετη χρέωση.

Near the tower, although in an (apparently) new building which was about 500 meters further from the tower. Nice host, although - as said in other reviews - he's not always available which could be problematic if you need to check out really early. Keys weren't working properly (we were told that there would be new locks put in the next day), there were a lot of mosquitos, and no towels available. Very expensive transfer to the airport (€20 for two persons, which is a lot considering that it's a 10 minutes drive away) You'd better take the bus! |

location is great, room was clean and tidy and was just what we needed really. o.k for singles / couples hotel was more like a hostel and the front desk was a table in the corridor which was rarely manned. not for families with kids or people who cant handle stairs |

The room allocated was inappropriate however, the owner arranged for us to stay at a neighbouring hotel which was lovely and gave us a discount. This hotel had a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills - Hotel Helvieti. The original room allocated to us was up a spiral, wooden staircase into the loft room which felt claustrophobic and very hot as it had only a tiny window from which back yards were the only view visible. It didn't help that the air conditioning had broken down. |

We stayed here just for the evening as we were flying home early in the morning & the gentleman at reception very kindly booked us a taxi for the drive to the airport early in the morning. Very helpful I booked this hotel and thought we would have the same services as any other. This is really a B & B, it does not have any reception available after 8. We had a few minor issues that we were lucky to resolve ourselves but I would question staying here again as there isn't anyone to help you with issues if they arise. |

Its close to the Tower! The rooms were on the third floor of a very old building. So no lifts just four flights of concrete stairs and our room, Room 5 was up a very tiny spiral wooden staircase and this posed a problem for the large suitcases. |

The location is excellent - right beside the Tower and restaurants. The entrance to the hotel is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. |

Under the tower is a beautiful b&b,more like a hotel!, very clean, staff exceptionally helpful. Room was lovely, very private and secure. Location is ideal - very near the tower. Would definitely recommend it. |

It is very close to the leaning tower. Just a minute walk. If you are check-in late night, please inform the staff/owner earlier about your late arrival. 25 minutes walk from the station, Pisa Centrale. |

très bien situé juste à côté de la tour et de la basilique de Pise, dans le quartier historique. Très Calme.Possibilité de se garer dans la rue devant l'hotel. difficulté d'accès quand on ne connait pas la ville, même avec un GPS; pas vraiment un hotel, plus un B&B; sans petit déjeuner; minuscule fenêtre dans la chambre. et attention il y a des chambres avec salle de bain commune: que l'on partage avec d'autres clients, heureusement on a pu changer.Literie moyenne. |

Nos encontramos con un hotel cuya entrada da una imagen negativa,que cambia a los pocos momentos.La zona de habitaciones renovada y una atencion y amabilidad del personal que hacen que el hotel sea una eleccion excelente ya que ademas posee una ubicacion inmejorable. No tiene ascensor,y tiene muchas escaleras para ir con peso o para personas mayores. |
