The hotel location was very convenient to Piazza San Marco but away from most of the crowds. Our room had a great skylight over the bed, a very comfortable bed, and a fabulous shower. We have already recommended this hotel to friends planning to visit Venice later this year. There were a lot of steps to get to our room and the elevator only went to the first level. The staff did help us with our luggage so this wasn't a big negative. |

The hotel location was superb - very near St Marc's square and also Rialto. The decor was stylish and everything was very clean and modern. Very quiet at night and good air con. The staff are very efficient, speak good English and are totally committed to ensuring good service to guests. The breakfast was adequate - something to improve on but coffee was excellent!. |

We came from London and compared to the shoebox we had there, this hotel was like the nearby Doge Palace !! Staff were also very friendly and helpful, really appeared that they genuinely wanted to make your stay pleasant. Not really - and unfortunately we got to see a fair bit of the hotel room - it pelted down rain for 2 days unfortunately !! |

Cette réservation avait été faite pour l'offrir à mon fils et sa compagne, ils ont été enchantés de l'ensemble des prestations et de l'accueil très agréable Le seul bémol qu'ils aient relevé c'est la situation de leur chambre près de l'escalier très bruyant aux mouvements des résidants, il serait souhaitable que les chambres exposées ainsi aient une protection sonore meilleure!! |

excelente ubicación; personal muy amable; habitación confortable (con un lindo techo solar con vista para la campanile di san marco); excelente desayuno (que incluso puede servirse en la habitación sin costes extras). el ascensor sólo va hasta la recepción que está en la primera planta, mientras las habitaciones van hasta la tercera planta; no hay internet; la limpieza de la habitación no se hace a diario, sino que al final de la estadía. |
