We came from London and compared to the shoebox we had there, this hotel was like the nearby Doge Palace !! Staff were also very friendly and helpful, really appeared that they genuinely wanted to make your stay pleasant. Not really - and unfortunately we got to see a fair bit of the hotel room - it pelted down rain for 2 days unfortunately !! |

very friendly staff who all tried to give excellent service, excellent location near St Marks square. room size and bathroom smaller than expected but did not spoil the stay. Some tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice. |

Really nice rooms, breakfast and staff. So convenient for the main sights: it must be just about at the epicentre of Venice - no kidding! Less than 5 minute walk to Rialto and St Marks. Bar and restaurant just next door were great too. Tea and coffee in room would have been a bonus. I get the impression that very few similar hotels in Venice provide this. |

While the hotel is very small (or boutique as they prefer to say) bith my partner and I agreed that it represented great value for money. The rooms were immaculate and tasteful and the breakfast in bed (at no extra charge) was the icing on the cake. The location was great too! We'll stay here again..defo! The view from our room was a wall, but as you get to know venice you'll realise that this is unavoidable. |

This is a great hotel. I fully recommend it. The Hotel staff where very friendly. It was in a great little location, close to every where. The hotel is only small, but this adds to the character. It has recently been refurbished, in high quality venice style decor. Really really nice. Breakfast in bed every morning was a real treat, and the cappucino's where the nicest we tried in venice. I highly recommend this hotel for the price. |

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Having breakfast in our room each morning at no extra charge was a luxury. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room. Lack of proper dining room or bar in hotel but we were aware of this when we booked the hotel and it didn't put us off. |

The location is superb. The staff was very friendly and helpful also with suggestions on restuarants and places to see. The room and especially the bathroom were very sucessfully refurbished and very comfortable. Having to leave it, and Venice, - but we will be back! |
