Relax in peaceful rooms surrounded by 37 acres of vineyards which produce some of the area’s best wines, from Bianco di Pitigliano to Morellino di Scansano. Taste the Acquaviva’s own wine and olive oil in the Relais’ wine cellar. Relais Acquaviva’s rooms are decorated in rustic, Tuscan style. Some rooms come with jacuzzi tubs or panoramic terraces. Everyone can enjoy a jacuzzi by the outdoor pool, set in Acquaviva’s beautiful grounds. There is also a tennis court on site and you can enjoy fascinating nature walks in the park. We spent 2 nights at Villa Acquaviva at the end of Sept. - our last nights in the countryside! The rooms are very nice and for a longer visit I would request one with a patio or deck. It is in a beautiful location with views of the village of Montemerano, pretty grounds with pool and tennis, and a very good restaurant. You are living among the vines and we enjoyed the very good red wines made by the owner and his son. Located in area for walks or drives to some of the other "Beautiful Villages of Tuscany" or down to the seaside at Monte Argentario.

We had a fantastic stay at Relais Villa Acquaviva. The hotel is situated in the countryside and it was just the relaxing/romantic break we were after. The hotel amenities were top quality and the service and food provided by Fabrizio and the rest of the team was outstanding. A truely lovely stay. We shall be returning.

Excellent breakfast with home-made preserves and cakes. Very kind and helpful staff. Optimal location to bath in the nearby Saturnia spa and to visit the Maremma region. Satellite tv in room (only Italian channels, I think). Nice swimming pool. Very quiet and relaxing spot in the middle of vineyards and olive trees. The standard double room is quite small, the bed is small and not very comfortable. Air conditioning a bit noisy and not always working properly. We would have liked a bar within the hotel.

The beautiful setting in the vinyard with the rolling hills. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Excellent breakfast. The walls were thin between the bedrooms so that you could hear the neighbours television. The shower cubicle was very small in our room.

the place has a mix of ancient time and modern features for comfort in the middle of the amazing Maremma. I suggest to visit the closed little town of Montemerano, beautiful and magic in the night, i didn't like Saturnia neither the smell of this famous thermal water. Closed to the hotel there is a nice restaurant called La Solina, good balance between price and quality. The surrounded nature, flowers and vinyard make your vacation unique. They have so many rewards. I suggest the owner to place some comfort chairs under the shadow so u can relax under the grape trees...chairs in the garden, where you would like to spend 90% of the time are not comfortable. A little think for this amazing place.

Gentilezza,tranquillità e simpatia da parte di tutti.Buona la colazione.Ottima la posizione Servizi offerti:campo da tennis, affitto bike a pagamento.Ristorante di ottima qualità ma con porzioni insufficienti;pochissima verdura a disposizione(serebbe stato molto gradito un buffet di verdure)Mancanza di una postazione internet.Assolutamente da fare un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto con degustazione dei vini di produzione propria e prodotti locali .

The quiet place , location , original and exclusive site . I really recommend. Yes . First of all it is impossible to find them on the GPS TomTom . Address does not match and they also are not listed on the Point of Interest Hotel . Terrible Bath Tube . Very Narrow specially if you are tall or fat , impossible to move around and take a nice shower. Internet very bad .

Ottima posizione, ben integrato nell'ambiente circostante,pulito e curato. Comodo per la vicinanza alle terme di Saturnia e borghi medievali della zona. Ambiente tranquillo, raffinato e semplice nello stesso tempo,staff disponibile e cordiale. Spazi comuni molto luminosi, buoni I prodotti di loro produzione per la colazione. Ritornerei volentieri, magari in primavera!! La camera classic non è molto spaziosa, il bagno ha la doccia molto piccola. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovarvi dei campioni di prodotti di Saturnia. Dovendo alloggiare vari giorni converrebbe prendere in considerazione la camera più grande....peccato che I prezzi aumentino parecchio!!!!! Però cambia notevolmente anche la camera, molto meglio!!

Una buona struttura inserita in uno splendido contesto di campagna. Spazi comuni molto ariosi e ben organizzati. Ottima colazione. Cortese il personale, che coincide molto spesso con la stessa proprietà. A pochi minuti d'auto dalle terme di Saturnia. In definitiva relais di campagna di ottimo livello. Camera accogliente con bagno piccolo, almeno quella classic.

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale posizione, comodità e pulizia della camera, privacy L'albergo è ottimo. Nelle zone comuni si respirava una fastidiosa aria tendenzialmente snob tra gli ospiti ma questo non dipende dalla struttura. Ciò comunque veniva compensato dal rapporto con il personale sempre disponibile, simpatico e cordiale.

Hotel di ottima qualità, situato in buona posizione sia per visite culturali, sia per un soggiorno alle terme di Saturnia, sia per gite giornaliere al mare. Ideale per amanti del relax che apprezzano paesaggi rurali e la buona cucina tradizionale maremmana. Ottimo il ristorante, così come il vino (il passito e' da provare assolutamente), molto cordiale e disponibile lo staff. Colazione tra le più complete provate in Italia, anche se non di tipo continentale. Nessuna critica, solo un paio di consigli: durante l'alta stagione sarebbe apprezzabile un servizio snack-bar nelle immediate vicinanze della piscina, con bibite e qlc stuzzichino; la rete Wi-Fi potrebbe venir estesa anche nelle singole camere; prevedere un servizio (a pagamento) per la consegna giornaliera dei principali quotidiani italiani. Ma ripeto, non si tratta di critiche!

We chose the apartment, which had a veranda and a small kitchen and plenty of space for us and our 2 year old son.
