no milk for tea in room - minor
Looks great Lovely gardens Huge rooms Great base for visiting local area Good local restaurants
Continually had to log in to WiFi rather than being able to stay connected. Area surrounding hotel not attractive
Wonderful property and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfeast in a very nice setting.
Very good hotel, big and nice rooms, professional staff. Recently renovated villa with charming garden. Good breakfast, excellent gourmet dinner.
location. You need to stay in the hotel whole day or leave it somehow with closed eyes. Dirty suburbs with terrible roads. To difficult to find right way to highways.
Service at reception and bar were excellent
NOISE FROM PARTYING NEXT DOOR WHICH LASTED TO EARLY HOURS IN MORNING. Suggest:- People should be asked where they would like to be. Also no noise after a certain time. Doors are also noisy.
Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Danila, who took the time to translate the menus for us and gave us information on places to go and even provided maps. The food at then restaurants were inventive and tasty. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and secure.
Only negative I could say is our GPS routed us through some not so nice areas to get to the hotel, so we were a little worried about the hotel's area. But we did not feel the least worried at the hotel.
The hotel is at residential area. The room was huge with even bigger terrace overlooking the surrounding area. The ground of hotel are very pretty and relaxing. Spend a Friday night there, there had a private party going on so were push aside in the bar. We decided to leave and went (on the advise of receptionist) to a local restaurant 10 min. walk. best place around to eat, opened very late and the food and service was excellent
Convenient for airport. Stylish gardens.
An excellent and convenient hotel, which we will definitely use again if we return to Naples. The receptionist and the restaurant staff were always most helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, and we enjoyed two tasty dinners in the hotel restaurant. The hotel, with its gardens and courtyard, felt like a peaceful oasis when we returned each evening from a day in Naples city. We left our car in the hotel car park, and took the free shuttle into Naples centre, returning to the hotel by bus each evening. (In our limited experience, we found the Naples integrated public transport system cheap and reliable.) We can certainly recommend the Relais Villa Buonanno.
Super friendly staff, fanstatic food
Nice room, clean, good service, excellent internet connection.
Poor breakfast, rather tasteless and limited for a quality hotel. Unable to have an electric water kettle unless we were in a suite.
Very nice staff - beautiful building, good restaurant.
The check in guy was really nice and professional. Impressive old building
Amenities were not a 4 stars Poor breakfast and poor service at breakfast (our cappuccino was not hot!) Anyway we paid only 42 euros so, in total, we are satisfied of our stay!
Double beds are made up of 2 single mattresses
Great price quality wise, excellent possibilities to eat, no parking problems, highly recommended
The staff are helpful, the rooms are clean, and the restaurant in the hotel serves amazing food.
The bed is,without doubt, the hardest bed I've ever tried to sleep on. The hotel is also an event venue and the parties are very loud and go on well into the wee hours. I thought it was rather funny, but others would probably find it a trial. It takes a bit of work to get to the hotel from Naples.
