very nice green property, was pleasantly surprised that they had regular jazz bands playing. would recommend it

Quiet and safe neighborhood. very nice garden. good food at restaurant. Good and modern shower.

Cmplicated access from the highway. a little off city center . No english chanels on T.V.+ poor choice of programs.

Very special district. Very marginal.... But if you did not have very special demands - it is the best choose! Good parking at all.

The place is really amazing considering the location. Peacefull and romantic gardens, confortable rooms, clean, welcoming staff. Excelent price. If i am coming back to Napoli, I will come back for sure in the same hotel.

The restaurant staff could improve their english. Anyway, it was manageable as we understood a little italian.

Beautiful building with lovely gardens. We got upgraded to a huge room with terrace to match. Helpful reception staff. Good value evening meal/half board with wine. More of a function/business hotel, but we knew that from research. We stayed here to be close to the airport. The hotel is not located in a tourist area, but we walked the main road safely at night. Only other dining option close by is the excellent Ristorante del Pino on the main road.

Staff worked really hard, but they were pushed because of under-staffing at Dinner.

Lovely oasis peacefull very friendly staff,large bedroom and patio had a great stay will go back.

Hotel has real character; individually designed rooms; very helpful receptionist; gardens and secure parking. Good location, approx 15 minutes from Naples airport.

Difficult to find & not in a particularly nice area, but this is forgotten once inside the hotel grounds.

Our room had only 1 small window. It was a bit dark.

The building of an ancient villa is just magnificent and the hotel park is absolutely gorgeous. The position was quite comfortable for daily trips around Capmania region either by car or by the local Vesuviana light railway.

On the second night the restaurant service was unacceptably slow. We literally spent 15 minutes waiting after each course was finished. And there were only three tables occupied! If we hadn't seen the same place working at a normal speed with all tables busy a couple of nights before we would have put a definite "no" to the hotel restaurant.

Everything! Really is a nice hotel. Highly recommend. To be honest I may have enjoyed the hotel more than the location... Truly a great hotel with exceptional views and amenities

The surronding cities were filled with garbage on the streets.

l'accueil, le calme de l’hôtel haut de gamme, le personnel du restaurant. le petit déjeuner, tout a été parfait

Mooi kader, mooie ruime kamer met nodige comfort (flatscreen tv, mini bar, airco), propere eigen badkamer met moderne douche, toilet, haardroger. Gratis afgesloten parkeergelegenheid bij hotel. Zeer korrekt en behulpzaam personeel. Ideale ligging om van daaruit de omgeving (Napels, Capri, Vesuvius, Amalfi kust) te gaan verkennen. Shuttlebus naar Napels centraal station is voorzien.

(1) Ontbijt is 'smorgens meestal zeer chaotisch (ontbijt ingrediënten worden niet tijdig aangevuld, koffie laat lang op zich wachten, afruimen en klaarzetten van de tafels voor nieuwe ontbijters verloopt niet vlot (moesten dikwijls wachten op vrije propere tafel). Vooral als er veel volk ineens naar het ontbijt komt, is de toestand rampzalig (keuken niet voorzien op ontbijt-piekmomenten). (2) Het Relais voorziet ook in feestjes (verjaardag, huwelijk, jubilea,...) en daar wordt blijkbaar veel gebruik van gemaakt. Gevolg : feestlawaai tot laat in de nacht (luide muziek, veel volk, op en afrijdende auto's) in open lucht. Heeft onze nachtrust meerdere keren verstoord. Na opmerking is ons spontaan en zonder aarzelen een andere kamer aangeboden, iets verder verwijderd van het feestgedruis, maar dat heeft maar een beetje beterschap opgeleverd. Geen hotel dus om rustige ongestoorde nachten door te brengen. Zeker niet aan te bevelen om er tijdens het weekend te boeken, want er zijn elk weekend feestactiviteiten (er is ook een verjaardagsfeest met luide muziek op een dindsagavond/nacht geweest tijdens ons verblijf). Huurauto om vanuit hotel omgeving te verkennen is onontbeerlijk, want hotel ligt nogal ver weg van haltes voor openbaar vervoer, maar dit heeft ons niet gestoord aangezien we vooraf reeds voor een huurauto tijdens ons verblijf hadden gekozen. Voor wie bovenstaande geen echt nadeel betekent, zou ik desondanks het hotel blijven aanbevelen, vooral dan omwille van de + opmerkingen hiernaast.

Tolle Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, schöner Garten und günstige Lage.

Leider erhielten wir trotz ausdrücklicher Buchung keine nebeneinander liegenden Zimmer. Der Service im Restaurant wirkte teilweise etwas desinteressiert.
