What a perfect place for a relaxing holiday; great food, excellent staff, wonderful location.

Staff is kind.Location is near from the town center and you can access easily some good restaurants. There is a good beach fifteen minutes from the hotel by car. The hotel restaurant is also fine.

It was a very well-appointed Hotel, 15 minutes walk to a small town and 100Metres from the beach. We stayed in one of the suites and basically it was like being in your own villa with maid service but still close to all the amentities of the hotel.

We felt that we should have had a few more luxuries in our room for the price. Fresh fruit each day, not just on arrival and complimentary bottles of water but other than that we thought it was fabulous.

We both felt that the staff were extremely attentive right across the board from front of house to cleaners. The hotel has a very placid and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in the front door. Do not hesitate to ask the staff as they really are focused on providing good quality customer service. Food is of a high quality with plenty of alternatives. There is a relaxed atmosphere around the pool and once again staff will provide you with everything you need, towels, drinks, and plenty of advice as to where to visit. A car is useful at this hotel especially to visit the many hidden sandy bays within an hours travelling. It is also possible to visit the island of Maddalena and beautiful but busy Bonifacio on the island of Corsica. Cannigione is a 10-15 minute walk. It is a small port with several restaurants, bars and shops.

We arrived at night after the sun had set and the directions were less than clear. We found out the next day that there were signs by the side of the road but these were unlit, and we drove right past them. We would advise the hotel to revisit their own website and re-write their directions in English and perhaps make their map clearer.

Hotel was beautifully furnished.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Service at the pool was poor

The location could not be improved (right by the sea would be better but also the price would be much higher! Despite of that, the sea was 1 minute away and the views absolutely gorgeous). Very much welcoming staff, very clean room, the views were magnificent and the restaurant and bar to us was brilliant: very nice Sardinian food and beverages. The area by the pool was very well done to the detail and with a nice Sardinian style. We'll be coming back.

The only thing I would definitely change in that hotel is the terrible inflexibility they apply to early check in or what's more important to us: late check out. They did not move a minute to allow us leave a little later than 10.00am, so from then till our ferry we hanged arround the pool and bar all dressed...not very comfortable....

Beautiful hotel. One of the best I've ever stayed in, staff are amazing and so friendly. So clean and service is just right how you would want it to be. Their yacht sailing trip is a breathtaking. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to go really and run away from city life for a bit.

Well as all people said before. It's the Internet that actually bothers a bit.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the gulf and mountains. This hotel is very comfortable, with large rooms, stylish public areas and a lovely dining area. The pool is very nice; there is also a well-equipped gym and a spa. Staff are very helpful and professional. Overall high marks for this hotel!

No wifi in rooms.

We loved everything. The staff was incredible, so attentive to all guests. Impeccable service at every point. Beautiful setting, ample space in the guest room/ villas, a spa, two pools, just perfect!

The staff were fantastic and accommodated us in every way they could. They offered us a lot of advice about the best beaches and places to visit. We arrived at the start of the summer season so it was amazingly quiet - it was wonderful and tranquil. Breakfast was fantastic, incredible selection including different homemade cakes and pastries every day, as well as a cooked breakfast option on request. We had a car and ventured out every day, found some great stores in Cannigione too. Highly recommend this part of Sardinia and in particular this hotel - we also checked out the private villas with a view to staying there next time, would highly recommend staying there if the budget allows!

There was a small seating area close to the bar (outside the restaurant) that had wifi - this was the only place to get online.

Everything! Room, view, service, restaurant, hotel design. Everything was great. Wi fi service can be improved! Everything else was fantastic!

El trato especial que nos dieron, nos subieron a una habitación superior a la contratada ((senior suite) por ser clientes de booking, el staff súper amable, nos atendió en castellano, el entorno, la ubicación, la habitación espectacular... Todo perfecto

Schitterend diner (Orata). Mooie kamer (Deluxe). Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Ausstattung und Bau der Zimmer, gute Bäder

Die Lage ist unglücklich, ab Mittag sind Gärten und Terrassen im Schatten. Der Pool ist etwas klein. Einmal war das Essen im Restaurant nicht gut.

Un petit nid bien situé pour rayonner dans le nord est. Professionnalisme du personnel attentionné. Cadre somptueux. petit déjeuner gargantuesque et délicat. Excellente cuisine.

Sehr teuer für die Leistung und kein Internet im Zimmer. Auch der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang.

kein W-Lan auf den Zimmern, etwas überteuerte Preise im Restaurant

Super amabilité du Personnel, hotel trés sympa. Restaurant bien (nous y avons mangé 3 fois sur 11 repas) mais carte limitée pour une longue demi- pension. Ils proposent un restaurant partenaire ou appartenant au même propriétaire (La Colti, à l'entrée de Canigione, Menu unique ...mais vraiment à faire ) Sur Cannigione nous avons essayé pas mal de restaus, le meilleur est la Zattera au 86 de la via nazionale. Pour les ballades à partir de l'Hotel j'aurais tendance à dire qu'il vaut mieux partir vers le Nord (Capo Orso, Paulo et les îles Jusqu'a Capo Testa, Porto Rotondo aussi? Porto Cervo Bling-Bling !! Bof Eviter Olbia. Pour revenir à l'hotel.....c'était trés bien....

L'amabilité du personnel. Le confort de la suite. Le calme. La qualité de la restauration : petit déjeuner exceptionnel ; dîner à la carte de très bonne qualité. Service impeccable digne d'un 5 étoiles.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, beim Frühstück wurden wir hinausgesperrt, weil wir 5 Min. zu früh waren, das Stubenmädchen hat 2x hintereinander geklopft, sie will endlich sauber machen um ca. 10 Uhr vormittags! Es fehlte ein Manager im ganzen Haus. Qualität des Abendessens war nicht gut, das Frühstück sehr gut
