Hotel Relais Villa Il Sasso  

A beautiful place close to Florence yet far enough to give us the most enjoyable and quiet stay. We booked for three nights and stayed 5. The service is impeccable as the hotel is run by the family, They have been the most helpful during our entire stay. Breakfasts were nice and simple. Sipping Prosecco by the pool in the evenings or grappa in the night was a great experience.

As I am writing this on a phone I cannot really click on the checkboxes, but the overall experience is - perfect in every regard, thank you for this opportunity.

It's a very quit atmosphere, not so many rooms, nice and compact. The building itself is an old villa which makes a perfect setting for a luxury night off. We stayed in the suite which has a real nice direct entrance to the swimming pool and garden.

Although very accurate and helpful with handling luggage personnel was a bit stiff and not really warm and welcoming. When we tried to get some wineglasses that were really within reach and in a public area we were told it’s forbidden to take them yourself. Furthermore the hotel is beautifully equipped with all kinds of authentic furniture and thus less suitable for travelers with little children.

The atmosphere of the hotel and the furnishing of the rooms and the whole hotel. Also that it was so well looked after. The size of the room was very nice and the large bathroom was very nice too.

As it was a hotel we thought that we could have dinner at the hotel but that was not possible and we were told not to eat in the room. When you have travelled 2 weeks and been eating out most of the time you should like to have a quiet evening eating small, but that was not possible. May be they could have showed us a place outside where we could eat when not allowed to eat in the room. May be you should write that having dinner at the hotel is not possible.

tres bon etablissement qui ressemble plus à une chambre d'hôte de charme qu'à un hotel car seulement six chambres.beaucoup de charme,emplacement à 6 kms soit 15 minutes en voiture du centre historique Florence.le propriétaire nous a bien conseillé pour l'itinéraire,les stationnements,etc..bon petit déjeuner mais pas de restaurant à proximité immédiate pour diner.

l'hotel est sur une colline et la rampe d'accès est raide...attention si vous avez une voiture très basse !!

Curato nel minimo dettaglio, stanze bellissime, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto veramente ottimo.

מלון נחמד אך לא יותר מזה ,מנסים לתת תחושה מקצועית אבל מאבדים את החמימות בדרך קשה לי לומר מה פחות אהבתי אבל אפשר לומר באופן כללי שהאווירה במקום מעט וקרירה פשוט חדר נחמד,ארוחת בוקר סטנדרטית,בריכה מצויינת ו 10 דקות נסיעה לפירנצה אך עדיין מאוד מבודד

Sauber, grosse Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereit.

Zufahrt etwas schwierig. Keine besondere Aussicht. Einfaches Frühstück.

La cura di ogni aspetto. Dalla gentilezza di chi m'ha ricevuto, all'ordine e alla qualità delle camere.

Incredible service, very helpful stuff and personal support in any question. High quality and tasty breakfast buffet, incredible interiors. Cannot expect to return ! To be guest in one of only 7 gives you the optimum privacy and feeling of being home in this beautiful house

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la villa il Sasso .l accueil était parfait.La piscine est très agréable après une journée à Florence.La villa est très calme et bien décorée.le petit déjeuner est de qualité.La chambre était spacieuse,agréable,lumineuse et décorée avec gout.

Charme, calme et discrétion.

Wii-fi ne "passe" pas dans la chambre, nécessité de se trouver dans le hall par exemple.
