The rooms were very comfortable. Property included all modern luxuries without sacrificing its Old World Charm. The hotel owner and staff were personable and friendly. The view from the Villa was incredible. |

THe hospitality was excellent and the view (day and night) was incredible. Small hotel, personal attention, humour and friendliness from owners.Restaurant outstanding. Will recommend to all friends. Difficult to find. |

High up in the mountains above Monsummano Terme. Wonderful views. Nice restaurant. Friendly and very helpful staff. You would probably need a car to get to it - it's rather remote. There is a wiggly little road, the width of one car, with a substantial drop to one side, so if you are not a confident driver, it'll shred your nerves!! |

A truly beautiful setting with excellent facilities. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming - lovely people!! The food in the restaurant was amazing, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family Only having to leave it! |

This place is really beautiful - the view overlooking Tuscany, available from the room as well as the restaurant, is amazing and the old building and church are lovely - there were people hang-gliding over the hotel when we arrived. With only 5 rooms, it's very peaceful and relaxed (not too many other guests). There's an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the view as well. We didn't really have enough time to appreciate and experience this place due to our tight schedule, but I hope to come back and spend a few days here. The shower was fitted between the sink and the toilet, separated by shower curtains- unfortunately, the curtains didn't do a great job of keeping the water in, so the bathroom floor was soaked and our feet got wet when we wanted to use the toilet. Strange bit of design there. Because of limited guests, the breakfast time was quite rigid (8:30-9:30)....I was told by email that I would have a dinner reservation at the restaurant, but when we arrived, was told the restaurant was closed on Mondays! Luckily, we got to enjoy the restaurant view during breakfast. |

Het uitzicht is echt fenominaal! De bijkomstigheid van een bruiloft vonden wij erg gezellig en helemaal geen probleem. Overigens het kerkje is wel aan te raden om even te bezichtigen. Het zou wel beter zijn als vermeld zou worden dat er geen eigen zitje aanwezig is voor de gast, enkel een gezamenlijke. Ook is het jammer dat de koelkast niet wat groter is en kouder afgesteld. De eerste twee dagen is het ontbijt lekker maar daarna vraag je je af waarom er kippen op het erf rondlopen. Het ontbijt is echt saai en voorspelbaar.... toch jammer. |

Heel vriendelijke gastheer,persoonlijke benadering.Door de kleinschaligheid en ligging hebben wij dit als heel bijzonder ervaren.Geweldig dat je verbijft in een luxe kamer temidden van echt oude gebouwen.Het restaurant is voortreffelijk. Het ontbijt,hoewel in een mooie ambiance,is aan de sobere kant.Hadden graag wat meer keuze in brood gezien en misschien een eitje? De kamers zijn wel erg gehorig. |

If you search for infinite romantics, you should visit the villa Bastiano. It is situated on the top of the hill near the church of the 14th century. The main sight is the family-owner. I guarantee the humor, irony and infinite Italian charm from the side of the owners. The breakfast and dinner on the terrace with the view of Toscana is worth of the highest praise. Jacuzzi under the open sky in the olive grove seems to be very romantic.I recommend it. Расположена на вершине холма возле церкви 14 века. Главная достопримечательность – семья владельцев. Юмор, ирония и бесконечное итальянское обаяние со стороны хозяина вам обеспечены. Завтрак и ужин на террасе с видом на Тоскану. Джакузи под открытым небом в оливковой роще. Рекомендуем! We were looking for the way in the mountains 3 hours long. There are no any direction signs with the name of the hotel. It is necessary to follow the tables Monsummano Alto, and it’s even better to call the reception, so that you will be met in the valley. Дорогу на гору искали часа три. Никаких указателей с названием отеля нет. Надо двигаться, ориентируясь на таблички «Монсуммано Альто», а еще лучше сразу позвонить на ресепшен и попросить, чтобы за вами спустились в долину. |

Il personale disponibile e cordiale. La pulizia della camera. Il panorama. A pochi metri dal Relais c'è il ristorante La Foresteria: ottima cucina, ottimi vini. Segnaletica carente per raggiungere la struttura. |

panorama non e' strutturato come un albergo. Non ha spazi comuni al chiuso. Per fare colazione bisogna uscire ed andare al ristorante vicino. Tutto ok e molto bello...se pero' non piove e fa caldo. |
