Beautiful hotel, well decorated, modern facilities. Good leisure areas to relax with pool and garden. Attention to details (decorated tables, etc). Fine views to the "salinas" which definitely are worth a visit. There was a problem with the bathroom in the first night but we were promptly moved to another room. Pool could be a little bigger... |

The location of the hotel is unique. It is right in the middle of the salt flats and given the right room, (which we were given one on the first floor) provided stunning view of the salf flats both during the morning and at sun set. A great place for photographers. High cost of the dinners at the hotel restaurant |

Lo staff e anche l'infrastruttura sono molto carenti: lunghissime attese per essere serviti a colazione, tovaglie e tovaglioli sfilacciati, rammendati e anche strappati, doccia mal-funzionante che non è stata riparata nonostante nostre ripetute richieste. Tra l'altro ci è stato raccomandato un ristorante a Trapani che fa parte dello stesso gruppo dell'hotel dove ci siamo trovati molto male (tipica trappola per turisti dove i locali ricevono un trattamento molto migliore rispetto ai turisti che vengono solo spennati con cibo e vino di scarsa qualità e dopo estenuanti attese per ordinare, ricevere la glacette per il vino, ricevere il menu, ecc. Solo le portate arrivavano con straordinaria rapidità ad indicare che era tutto già precotto) |

Situation exceptionnelle en bordure des Salines, une cuisined'une grande qualité. La route d'accès à l'hotel est complètement défoncée. L'accueil est d'une grande légèreté, aucune aide pour les bagages, aucune explication sur les équipements de la chambre, direction de l'hotel peu présente. Un prix trop élevé (170 euros la nuit au mois d'avril) pour des prestations très classiques |
