Very secluded romatic getaway... Lovely views of the hills and the city of Roma below... Luxurious!

Many of the inhabiltants of the countryside have hunting dogs which howl all night when they hear noises. That woke us up often.

Beautiful hotel,snow prevented a chef and a barman, but we enjoyed our stay very much even tho we had to stay 3 days longer than intended. For the price I beleive its good value.

Nice quiet location near Castelli Romani area and easy access to Rome too. Comfortable and big rooms.

Hotel of this level hadn't fixed the main shower (not even during our stay), but we had to use the oldfashioned shower, where you had to shower on your knees.

It's the best hotel I've ever visited! It's amazing, the ideal place to live in! A stunning views, vintage design, perfect location, helpful staff, delicious food. So if you want to feel yourself like a member of a noble family it is a right place to stay at.

The location was not ideal for a visit to the city of Rome as it involved a 30min train journey, but as a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings I would reccomend.The hotel staff were excellent and the room was very nice and clean.We did not use the hotel to eat in at night so I cannot comment, but the breakfast buffet and service was excellent.I would use the hotel again, but not as a location to base a visit to Rome sightseeing.

It is comfortable.

The hotel is more interested in its wedding and conference guests. Normal hotel guests take a back seat since they have weddings and conferences amost every day. The pool are then becomes overcrowded, dinner is unlikely to be pleasant surrounded by weddng guests and thier music and the lawns and parking are also taken over by the weddings and corporates.

Without exception, all staff very courteous, helpful and friendly. Beautiful main building with interesting history and sympathetic restoration. Guests free to look round all the rooms without restriction. Terrific views over Rome and surrounding area from the front of the main building. Useful and flexible courtesy minibus to Frascati all day and evening on demand. Coach house annexes comfortable, spacious, quiet, well-serviced and clean.

Beautiful Scenery, beautiful historical main building, excellent service from all staff, always willing to help and accomadate requests from guests, very relaxed and Friendly atmosphere. Food both at breakfast and evening were excellent the only problem you would have is what to eat as the choice was so big. Being a little way out in the country, the free drop off and pick up shuttle from the hotel to Frascati, was a an excellent service, this took you to the main rail station were you could easily catch a train into central Rome, though both Frascati and Grottafetta, at a steady pace were both within 45 minutes to an hours walk, on a beautiful day well worth the walk. I would also suggest booking the hotels on site taxi service both to and from the airport. All in all I would like to thank all the staff at the Villa Gazioli for a pleasurable and relaxing experience.

Pochi servizi. Potrebbe essere di gran richiamo un centro benessere all'interno.

Wohnen in einer römischen Villa mit Blick auf die ewige Stadt und einem Komfort, der einem 4-Sterne Hotel gerecht wird. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und der Service stimmt in jeder Beziehung. Das kostenlos Shuttle bringt einen zum Bahnhof nach Frascati, von dem jede Stunde aus ein Zug in weniger als 30 Minuten nach Rom fährt. Das Restaurant in der Villa Grazioli überzeugt in Qualität und Service, wenn auch der Preis dementsprechend höher ist als bei der Pizzeria auf der Piazza Navona. Alles in allem ein Geheimtip, wenn man zu einem günstigen Preis (bei uns 104€ fürs Doppelzimmer) buchen kann.

Wenn man wirklich jeden Tag in Rom etwas unternehmen will, dann ist die Lage nicht optimal - und der eine oder andere Zug fällt in Italien schon einmal leicht aus ...
