Good view from lobby and restaurant area. Nice swimming pool. Our room very disappointing with no view and windows. Breakfast was average, not up to 4 star standard.

Le camere standard non possono essere considerate di un hotel a 4 stelle. No ascensore e personale che aiuti a portare in camera le valige. Colazione non adeguada allo standard del 4 stelle e personale lento.

Местоположение отличноеесли хотите жить не у моря.. Рекомендую пляж Биодолла. Ехать 15-20 мин. Белый песок, прозрачная вода, не так много народа, однако мелко. Машину ставьте там где есть место. С парковкой проблема.С целом остров красивый.Посетите местный магазин керамики. Цена не соответсвует качеству. Номера требуют ремонта. Еда в ресторане не вкусная (при цена 35 евро за ужин на 1 чел. , блюда с претензией на эксклюзивность однако не вкусные и уходишь с чувством неудовлетворенности). При наличии машины не проблема вкусно поесть в местных ресторанчиках в 10-15 минутах езды отеля.

Ottima posizione, tranquillità, cortesia dello staff, immerso nel verde con vista mare. Molto bella la location, buon cibo, buffet della colazione ricco. Le camere sono un po' datate (cosa riscontrata anche da altri ospiti dell'albergo) e sarebbero da rimodernare. Purtroppo però è una caratteristica di tutta l'Isola d'Elba (cosa confermata da persone che vivono sull'isola): infatti questo neo viene riscontrato in quasi tutti gli hotel e appartamenti dell'isola, indipendentemente dalla categoria: personalmente ritengo che le bellezze dell'isola possano compensare ampiamente questo aspetto negativo (anche perchè in camera ci si sta veramente poco).

L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de Portoferraio, juste à 10minutes du débarquement par ferry. Cela est un avantage. Un peu en dehors, il offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'accueil est très bien. La chambre était un peu petite et vieillotte à mon goût, mais très propre, et la salle de bain très jolie mais également un peu étroite à mon avis. Le restaurant est excellent, nous y avons vraiment bien mangé. Un menu à 30Euros est proposé chaque soir avec 3 antipasti à choix, 3 primi, 3 secondi et 3 desserts à choix. Parfait, très bon et très bien servi. Une jolie carte de vins avec des prix très corrects et de nombreux vins de la région d'Elbe. L'infrastructure de l'hôtel est très bonne, la piscine est superbe, la détente sur les chaises longues est parfaite. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, vraiment charmant. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est magnifique et complet. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel ok Obst fehlte beim Früstücksbuffett, die Lage des Hotels ist leider sehr weit weg von Strand und den nächsten Orten, es liegt sehr verlassen am Berg - schade

Il relax piu' totale, essere completamente immersi nella natura del bosco coccolati da 1000 profumi e dalla splendida vista del mare. Semplicemente stupendo! La gentilezza e competenza del personale lo rendono un posto dove sicuramente ritornare.:-) La strada di accesso all'hotel è asfaltata e ben segnalata, peccato che il navigatore se non dispone dell'ultimo aggiornamento mappe, faccia percorrere un altro tragitto in pieno sterrato tra i boschi e in condizioni stradali pessime. Meglio chiedere informazioni quando si arriva in prossimità della struttura telefonando alla reception, sempre disponibile.

Ambiente confortevole e tranquillo con uno staff disponibilissimo. Ottima e abbondante colazione la mattina. La piccola finestra del bagno non si chiudeva per cui in bagno era un pò freddino.

Soggiorno veramente piacevole e rilassante.L'elegante struttura è ubicata in una zona strategica, in pochi minuti si raggiungono le località più importanti ed alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Vista meravigliosa! Staff eccellente, professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottima cucina (forse troppo.....il rischio di ingrassare è altissimo!!). In conclusione, consigliamo a tutti questa struttura, noi abbiamo già deciso di tornarci la prossima estate!

We stayed for one week at the hotel and really enjoyed the stay. Nice and clean room. Very nice pool area. Staff was helpful with recommendation on activities on the island. The breakfeast was plentyful but we where missing fresh fruit and better tasting coffee (and warmer!)

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter l'île, personnel très à l'écoute du client et qui parle suffisamment le français. Les jardins et les extérieurs sont bien entretenus, belle vue sur la baie de Portoferraio, malgré une route très abîmée pour accéder à l'hôtel. Le repas du soir est cher (35 euros) rapport quantité/prix.

We spent our honeymoon here and it was great! The staff was really kind, friendly and proffesional. The location is beautiful. It's less then 20 minutes drive to a beautiful beach, to portoferraio and porto azzurro. Perfecto!
