Relais Dei Mercanti B&B And Suites is just a 10-minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Housed in a refurbished 13th-century building, it offers free Wi-Fi throughout and a sweet breakfast served daily.
Score from 247 reviews Superb
Grand Hotel Duomo is a 2-minute walk from Duomo Square and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It features an American bar, a roof terrace with panoramic city views and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 1077 reviews Good
Just 15 minutes' walk from Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa, overlooking the Leaning Tower in the distance, the Tower Plaza offers a pool with hydromassage jets and furnished deck surrounded by a garden.
Score from 752 reviews Good
Offering free Wi-Fi, the NH Cavalieri is a modern building opposite Pisa Train Station. The airport shuttles stop in front of the hotel, and the Leaning Tower is just a 20-minute walk away.
Score from 1040 reviews Very good
Loved everything. Made to feel very welcome. The complementary toilettries and soft dressing robes were very nice touches, as well as chocolates next to the pillow.
I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN SATISFIED, THE HOTEL IS JUST A LOVELY PLACE TO STAY, THE ROOM COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND CHIC, THE GARDEN AND BREAKFAST-BAR FANTASTIC.WILL GOT BACK ANYTIME AND HAVE RECOMMENDED HOTEL ALREADY, 100 PERCENT SATISFIED ALL ROUND
The staff is extremely sophisticated. Also I really enjoyed the breakfast.
In my room, Wifi connection is not smooth. But I could use it in the robby.
Elegant room and bathroom Excellent service by the chef Fabio
Ants in the room and a poor response from the staff.
Perfectly situated and nice garden.
Unfriendly attitude at the front desk. Very small room and a shower that splashed over the entire bathroom due to no curtains or cabinet No information at the front desk or in the room on hours, breakfast, services etc. Failing details like broken light bulbs and paper holders
Bedroom air conditioning did not work - so needed to open window and admit mosquito!
Friendly staff, very good breakfast, excellent location, old historical building.
WiFi is slow and signal in the room is bad. Shower in the bathroom is just in the corner without any walls or curtains, after taking a shower all bathroom is covered by water drops.
Locality; decor and breakfast!
Booked online.. and requested a double. Got a twin - with no explanation.
The best location and service. Very impresive service from a waiter-Mr. Fabio in their resturaunt!
The only inconviniet point is the car parking
Good location. Nothing more.
Very small uncomfortable rooms. The hairdryer was so weak that it was impossible to dry hairs. Poor breakfast. I think it is a 3-star hotel not a 5-star hotel, so it is overpriced.
wifi not working. at arrival made to wait whilst staff on the phone...for 15 minutes asked for restaurant reservation. they never got through to rest but did manage to forget telling me. went there and no table! thank you very much. absolutely no 5 stars. 3 maybe...
location and staff were satisfactory
the breakfast as very poor indeed - no fresh fruit and a limited selection of produce. the room was rather small and dark...
The location is superb, very close to the Leaning Tower and the Piazza dei Miracoli, and the building is attractive.
The usual imperfections of Italian hotels of this genre - small room (especially for a premium double), no tea/coffee making facilities, no wine in mini-bar.
The hotel decor was charming. The location was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, especially the bathroom.
historic hotel, beautifully furnished and lots of character. Excellent location
too small a room I would have preferred to help myself to coffee at breakfast rather than having to ask for it Wake up call was 20 minutes late
The staff was great and always very helpful. The hotel is maintained well in the classic style, and is within walking distance of the tower and all attractions.
Internet service was poor and slow.
Staff friendly and helpful Clean Good location Quiet
Very small room Internet access is a headache Breakfast not what is expected at 5 star hotel You can see and feel budget cuts everywhere
The hotel is charming, quiet and very comfortable. The staff is professional and very accommodating. The hotel is located few steps away from the extraordinary Piazza dei Miracoli and close to the beautiful Piazza dei cavalieri.
The Staff could not have been more accommodating. The outdoor Terrace was lovely ( even in November) and we enjoyed Breakfast and wine and cheese out there every day/evening. The location was Fantastic, 2 blocks to the tower and yet on a very quiet lane. The room was absolutely charming and the rest of the hotel common spaces were wonderful and plenty to choose from !
Can't think of a thing !
Medieval style hotel and room with super-high ceiling
Beware, this is not a 5-star hotel, it is 3 at the most. Our room was nice but every time someone used the toilet or washed you could hear it flushing in the walls. Wi-fi "works best in the newspaper area but not good in rooms". Breakfast crockery was old and dirty. We came for breakfast 1hr before closing, there was no food and the staff did not seem to want to bring any more, we got the impression they had a budget to keep to. Site gives impression can see Pisa Tower from the hotel but it is a short walk away. Site also gives impression that they give free transfer to Pisa airport but was actually 60 euro for a taxi. We stayed for 1 night at the end of a week in Florence. It would have been better to stay closer to the centre and rail station as it is only 15 mins walk from there to the Pisa tower and much more convenient for the airport.
ideal location for the tower and some shopping. my single room was actually well equipped and the toiletries and free water were great.
free internet was spotty in the lounge area upstairs. i had found a great price for this hotel but otherwise i think the usual rates and the actual star rating are a bit inflated considering that the hotel is a bit older.
Location - central for City
This was NOT a 5 Star hotel as billed.
a delightful place to stay in the centre of the city - helpful staff and several sitting rooms with elegant furnishings and quality books to browse. Food goo too - certainly stay here again
all was exellent
staff and courtyard side breakfast
rooms too small, shower too small, no screens on windows so mosquitoes kept coming in and the street we were facing extremely noisy!
