We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives.

There is really nothing we did not like about the hotel except the cost of dining in the hotel. The food, selection and service were wonderful. However, we did think the price a bit steep for Pisa. I doubt if we would dine in the hotel in the future, eventhough we would stay there.

Comfortable bed, close proximity to the tower and a very peaceful area.

We thought the breakfast was poor, a pot of coffee per person would be better that having to keep asking for a cup. Toaster would be appreciated also. We also found that 8 euros was a bit excessive for one small bottle of local beer, this stopped us using the hotel bar in the evening.

It is a beautiful hotel with nice decorations; location is great, only a short walk from the Pisa Tower; free internet; breakfast was great, the best among all the hotels we stayed in Italy; price is low for the quality of the hotel.

Front desk staff was not particularly helpful when we asked about how to take a bus to the train station.

Staff very heplful

This is not a 5 star hotel!! Bed sheets were worn through, extra blanket very old. Headboard covered in dust. Deluxe room tiny. Bathroom also tiny and no adjustment available to water temperature in shower. Air conditioning noisy and not adjustable from the room.
