The staff was exceptional! The rooms were immaculate and the service excellent. We enjoyed our breadfast in a beautiful garden with an outstanding variety of food. Our only regret was the stay was way too short. |

The location of the hotel close to the Piazza dei Miracoli (Leaning Tower, Duomo, Baptistry) Some very good and helpful staff. One or two members of staff who were not quite "up to it" Disappointed that there was a cover charge (coperto) of 10 euros each time we had a meal even though we were residents. |

The hotel was excellently placed to visit the tourist sites and for shopping in Pisa. The hotel and staff amde it easy to relax between the various visits The room was on the small side with not much room for luggage |

Lovely old world style to the hotel. Small but quirky hotel, beautiful decorations. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close to the Leaning Tower which is just around the corner. I can't say we didn't like the hotel as we did. The only slightly negative we would say is that it is rated 5 star and yet of the three hotels we stayed in during our honeymoon and this was our first one (one four star one three star) this was the only one that didn't leave a bottle of champagne in our hotel, which was a bit disappointing on our first night. |

The hotel was stylish and modern set in traditional surroundings. Ideally placed for central city sight seeing whilst peaceful and quiet. The staff are well trained and helpful, we were made to feel like family rather than guests. The resteraunt was slightly disorganised, standards could be improved. |

We were welcomed with two glasses of antispumanti and directed to the garden to enjoy them. The room was small but lovely. Excellent location closed to the tower. |

The room service was very good one of the best we have ever had before in a 5* hotel. The air conditioning did not work properly it came on when we didn't want it to and we could not turn it off once one. |

The staff really made sure that we were comfortable and the service was excellent. The room was a bit small and the mirror was far from the sink which made it difficult for me to shave. |

Extremely central to all sites, particularly the leaning tower. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and obliging. Our room was quiet and spotlessly clean every day although a little small but that's Europe. |

We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives. There is really nothing we did not like about the hotel except the cost of dining in the hotel. The food, selection and service were wonderful. However, we did think the price a bit steep for Pisa. I doubt if we would dine in the hotel in the future, eventhough we would stay there. |

Excellent staff from the receptionist to the waiters - brill service. A superb hotel.Good breakfasts most of the time. Receptionist particularly good in dealing with problems and advice. For 5* the dining costs were steep. The dining room was a greenhouse on a concrete base not 5* - Dining room therefore not particularly impressive. Room air con did not work but wasnt too much of a bother in September. |

Comfortable bed, close proximity to the tower and a very peaceful area. We thought the breakfast was poor, a pot of coffee per person would be better that having to keep asking for a cup. Toaster would be appreciated also. We also found that 8 euros was a bit excessive for one small bottle of local beer, this stopped us using the hotel bar in the evening. |

It is a beautiful hotel with nice decorations; location is great, only a short walk from the Pisa Tower; free internet; breakfast was great, the best among all the hotels we stayed in Italy; price is low for the quality of the hotel. Front desk staff was not particularly helpful when we asked about how to take a bus to the train station. |

The hotel is strategically placed a 10-minute walk from the Leaning Tower and the historic centre of Pisa. |
You will not find a more central location than this for your stay in Pisa. Grand Hotel Duomo is just a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower and Duomo Square. |
Hotel Bologna occupies a stylish, typically Tuscan palazzo in the historical centre of the city. This central but sheltered street is just 500 metres from the train station. |
Hotel Roma is set just 100 metres from Piazza dei Miracoli and offers panoramic views of Pisa’s Leaning Tower from its comfortable rooms. Relax in the hotel’s garden terrace. |
