The hotel is situated in the center near the Pisa Tower. The design of the hotel is very nice. The room are well equiped and comfortable. I would prefer to stay in this hotel again. And the terrace for breakfast in really beautiful. |

I like the friendliness of the staff and the cosy atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel was small enough to feel like home and it was very quiet at night. The 10-inch TV makes a high pitch background noise when switched on. Some partitions of the wardrobe could be removed to accommodate a bigger flat screen TV. This will make the room look more luxurious. |

The hotel location was good for visiting the leaning tower and walking the town generally. The staff were very friendly. The only thing I could fault was the air conditioning in our room was very noisey. |

Convenient v small rooms ,lack of any info in rooms,can't even provide hot water for tea.Restaurant closed Mondays and recommended alternative restaurant was terrible.No way a five star hotel --maybe three star!Buffet breakfast poor and late. |

Excellent service - staff very attentive and accomodating. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms were superb. The hotel breakfast was very high quality and the evening meals also were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to the hotel one day. The location was a little disappointing for a 5 star hotel. |

A lovely old building, sensitively converted, staffed by nice, friendly people doing their best. But their best wasn't quite good enough. Internal staff communication was poor. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7.30, which is when we turned up as we had a plane to catch; but the cooked breakfast had still not arrived half an hour later, the yogurts were a week past their sell-by date and had gone sour, the tea and coffee were hard to come by and way below normal Italian standards - and, worst of all, no-one seemed to be concerned. At the relatively high price charged, it left us sorely disappointed. |

Our comments that we filled out on your 'comments' section of the booking form were not read, so no double bed. This was changed after an hours wait, and then we had to chase up for our bags. It felt that we had to be in the room so the porter could collect a tip - he didn't get one. They did apologise with a complimentary bottle of wine and an 'apology card' that had not only been pre-printed but was gramatically incorrect. Do they get these cards printed as they have a lot of apologising to do? Very expensive stay although the breakfast was excellent.. Would definately not recomend it for attitude, especially with staff smoking outside the front of the hotel! |

Excellent and attentive service by all staff. Lovely decoration and a delightful flower-filled courtyard garden with restaurant tables as well as a jaquzzi. Bedrooms were small but we recognise that this is unavoidable due to the hotel being in a converted old building. |

The staff at check in were very helpful. We were picking up my parents at the airport and just staying the night. Very comfortable hotel. at breakfast we had a little trouble getting coffee |

The staff was exceptional! The rooms were immaculate and the service excellent. We enjoyed our breadfast in a beautiful garden with an outstanding variety of food. Our only regret was the stay was way too short. |

The location of the hotel close to the Piazza dei Miracoli (Leaning Tower, Duomo, Baptistry) Some very good and helpful staff. One or two members of staff who were not quite "up to it" Disappointed that there was a cover charge (coperto) of 10 euros each time we had a meal even though we were residents. |

The hotel was excellently placed to visit the tourist sites and for shopping in Pisa. The hotel and staff amde it easy to relax between the various visits The room was on the small side with not much room for luggage |
