Grand Hotel Duomo is a 2 minute walk from Duomo Square and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It features a bar, a roof terrace with panoramic city views and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 954 reviews Good
Featuring free Wi-Fi, the NH Cavalieri is a modern building across from Pisa Train Station. The airport shuttles stop in front of the hotel, and the Leaning Tower is just a 20-minute walk away.
Score from 1303 reviews Very good
Set in a historic building, the Santa Caterina d'Alessandria is only 500 metres from the Tower of Pisa. It offers air-conditioned rooms with original 18-century frescoes.
Score from 296 reviews Wonderful
The elegant Hotel Bologna is in the historic center of Pisa, a 5 minute walk from the train station. It offers free Wi-Fi and a shuttle to the airport.
Score from 1666 reviews Very good
Very old, small room, tiny tv, it didtn look like a five star hotel
The staff was friendly. Maids most of all...
Horribly Understaffed. Poor service and variety/ quantity at breakfast. Small, uncomfortable master bedroom and bathroom ( in a suite!). Restaurant closed on Monday.
Excellent location and so is the Staff, kindly familiar. I was in Pisa for running the Marathon and everything was just great. Looking forward to be there again!
Nothing. A great stay
Locality peaceful area very helpful staff relaxed hotel
I think breakfast could be a bit more varied and more hot food available
The rooms were clean and neat and the staff were very helpful
The dogs barking next door until after midnight and beginning again at dawn!
The charm of this hotel and the efficiency and helpfulness of the friendly staff
Like most European boutique hotels, the rooms are small
too old, breakfast not good
Very well located. A few minutes walking from Pisa tower. Very nice crew. Room decoration and bathroom amenities in line with hotel's category. Awesome breakfast.
Although the room was an individual one the bed was somehow a bit small for that ; it really was a one person bed (115 cm perhaps)
The Receptionist was really not very helpful or welcoming. The hotel is way overpriced 215€ and our room was so tiny the bed was placed directly under the window making it very difficult to leave the window open without risk of banging ones head. The walls of the room also need to be repainted. The bathroom was adequate but for the price one would expect at least complimentary water and box of tissues etc. We asked if we could have dinner and were told the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was ok just. It is also pretty difficult to find this hotel due to the oneway system and the hotels parking is 25€??? and you are supposed to leave by 12 noon. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to friends.Should have read all reviews and realised the low marking on booking 7.4 before reserving.
Steps to duomo, great restaurants and square. Giorgio, Laura, and Diego were beyond helpful. They truly made my birth stay more comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful setting.
Room was tiny and dark. I was not sure the day started due to light from street being almost the same as light during the day.
Hotel was in a good location and was a pleasant place to stay. Mini bar had only water so although a free mini bar was advertised there was nothing in it to drink. Although a nice hotel it is not a 5* hotel. Staff were welcoming and room although small was comfortable. We got upgraded to a romantic room although I am not sure what made it a romantic room, it was just like a normal standard double room. Rooms should have an iron!
Easy walking distance to almost everything.
location was good, the room was good. Breakfast was good but not great.
public hallways were not kept up properly mainly due to dirty rugs that don't work well with the decor. Wifi not great in the rooms.
We booked the hotel for a supposed 5-Star treat for our last night of a week in Tuscany. We were vastly disappointed, this should never be rated 5-Star. We arrived tired and in need of sustenance only to be told the hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays! We were given names of restaurants to go and try, all of which were unsuccessful. After much tired walking around, we eventually found a very nice restaurant very near to the hotel. We asked why the hotel had not recommended this, only to be told that the hotel had a poor relationship with the restaurant. We got back to the hotel at 10.20pm after our meal with the intention of having a nightcap before we went to bed – bar closed and the receptionist tells us she is the only person on duty on the premises! The bedroom was absolutely awful – extremely cramped, oppressive and hot. Filthy curtains that showered dust when you touched them. The air conditioning sounded like a tractor and it was impossible to sleep whilst it was on, and because of the heat, impossible to sleep when it was off. The bathroom was dark and small. There was mould around the bath and the basin was loose on its wall mountings. We paid 182 euros for our single night’s stay at the Hotel Relais Dell’Orologio, for which we got absolutely no hotel facilities and a terrible room. Ripped off and very disappointed at having been misled into staying at such a dump on the last night of our holiday.
Very comfortable hotel in great location, short stroll from the major sights and the Botanical Gardens. Lovely garden to have breakfast in with good choice of pastries and rolls. Rooms may be compact but they are charming and nicely furnished. We overlooked the street, but It feels straight from the book A Room with a View! A gem in a delightful city.
Some of the staff could have been more helpful when we tried to have an early breakfast (7.00 am) which we had been told when requested would be no trouble. We only had turn down service on one night out of five. There is a spacious comfortable sitting room on the third floor we found on our last evening, which we hadn't been told about. Some more information about Pisa would be good. Fortunately I like maps! These are minor niggles and did not detract from our stay.

Loved everything. Made to feel very welcome. The complementary toilettries and soft dressing robes were very nice touches, as well as chocolates next to the pillow.
I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN SATISFIED, THE HOTEL IS JUST A LOVELY PLACE TO STAY, THE ROOM COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND CHIC, THE GARDEN AND BREAKFAST-BAR FANTASTIC.WILL GOT BACK ANYTIME AND HAVE RECOMMENDED HOTEL ALREADY, 100 PERCENT SATISFIED ALL ROUND
The staff is extremely sophisticated. Also I really enjoyed the breakfast.
In my room, Wifi connection is not smooth. But I could use it in the robby.
Elegant room and bathroom Excellent service by the chef Fabio
Ants in the room and a poor response from the staff.
Perfectly situated and nice garden.
Unfriendly attitude at the front desk. Very small room and a shower that splashed over the entire bathroom due to no curtains or cabinet No information at the front desk or in the room on hours, breakfast, services etc. Failing details like broken light bulbs and paper holders
Bedroom air conditioning did not work - so needed to open window and admit mosquito!
