The location is fabulous, breakfast is very good for Italy and is included in price, chimes of the local chapels are pacifying, views are fine, restaurant is ok as well, prices are reasonable, double bed has huge size, provides good sleep

We booked double room with extra bed - it took almost all free space between tv table and room bed. The easiest way to get to the location is by car but the house number 29 was missing in rented gps, so try house number 28 instead 29 (advised by receptionist and worked).

Relaxed ambiance, great location for visiting the Franciacorta wine region and the Lago d' Iseo area. Luxury in a casual setting.

Restaurant was good but over rated for the price, we enjoyed the restaurants in Iseo better from the standpoint of value...and quantity (the relais portions were miniscule).

Its a little bit expensive for its quality

Nice room, good bed, very nice breakfast room, good breakfast. We got some very fine restaurant recommendations from the receptionist. There were some very nice sights to visit in the area. In particular, the rock pyramids in Zone are spectacular. This hotel can definitely be recommended as a base for sighseeing. It is not the "stay home to relax and read" kind of place.

Wifi did not work in our room on the second (aka the third) floor. It seemed to be a problem that could be easily fixed, but it was not during our stay, even though we reported it. The hotel restaurant offered a cut down menu only (Monday to Wednesday), and restaurants required driving. The shower was one of those designed to flood the bathroom floor. I feel sorry for the maids who have to deal with the daily mess, probably in all rooms.

Luxury rooms, nice hotel on a very quiet location a few km away from the lake, but not in the busy tourist area. Breakfast is delicious and is served on a beautifull covered terrace overlooking the garden when the weather allows it. The hotel is built in natural stone and wood, it is located in a large park. The restaurant food is delicious and good price/quality value. Access to highway is about 15 min.

The noise insulation in between the rooms is not really a big problem, though can still be improved.

Excellent location, extremely helpful staff, very delicious cuisine in the restaurant, attractive breakfast location (veranda).

Wonderful location in the Italian countryside, but make sure you print off your google-map directions....rooms were excellent, staff attentive & breakfast scrumptious.

Il relais è immerso nel verde e in un ottima posizione per visitare cantine monasteri e dintorni. Le camere molto ampie e pulite. Tutto bellissimo manca solo la piscina (interna o esterna) per essere al top. La cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff è un punto in più per questa struttura già molto curata.

Ambiente curato nei dettagli, staff e trattamento assolutamente di primissimo livello. Posizione strategica per la visita di Iseo e del lago. Consigliatissimo!!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per l'eleganza unita alla sobrietà, per la pulizia, per l'attenzione ai particolari in stanza; per la gentilezza del personale e l'ottima e abbondante colazione.

Camere confortevoli, grandi e ben arredate. Ottimaa colazione a buffet. Ideale pr rilassarsi.
