Relais La Corte dei Papi  

Everything was perfect in Relais La Corte dei Papi. If there is a place in the world to feel happy, this place is called Relais La Corte dei Papi. All begins with David, the gentleman who owns the place and hosts the guests with warm hospitality and unique politeness. David knows exactly how to be friendly and solicitous at the same time. The food is wonderful. You can have the best classic Italian cocina mixed with new creations, all made with first class ingredients and served in nicely decorated plates. We had excelent Italian wines from the cellar. The rooms are comfortable and large, as it has to be in a first class hotel. As we were there in the Winter, we didn't enjoy the swimming pool. But we could have a glass of wine looking at the yellow/orange/red Sunset from the garden. When my wife and I left the The Relais la Corte dei Papi, we had the impression we had been in Heaven hosted by an angel named David.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at La Corte dei Papi. We have already told all of our friends how wonderful the place is and especially David the owner. He really knows how to make you feel totally at home as if you were staying with friends. The restaurant is 5 star and so is the service and if you want to go into Cortona for dinner David will make any reservations for you as he knows everyone in town. He also arranged a great wine tour for us. We will definatly be going back soon.

Cortesia, disponibilità e presenza costante del personale. Ottima struttura situata in posizione non di pregio. Le informazioni delle camere del sito Booking relative al Relais La Corte dei Papi non corrispondono a quelle reali....perciò si ha triste sorpresa che viene colmata dalla cortesia del personale

Avoid coming in low season as there is not much to do in the area. This is a summer getaway.

Lack of slippers. Need to drive to Cortona or further for meals.

La cortesia del personale, e le romanticissime stanze. Location divina. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi!

Il personale e' stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La camera era davvero molto confortevole e la struttura e' davvero bella. Ritengo che d'estate con la piscina sia ancora tutto molto piu' bello. Consigliatissimo a chi vuol trascorrere un po' di tempo in relax
