Fabulous, location right on the harbour side, gorgeous rooms with amazing sea views across to Mount Vesuvius. Lovely food, especially breakfast on the roof terrace. Romantic, pretty & chic! No swimming pool but this is insignificant compared to the hotel as a whole. |

This hotel was just in front of the main port. It was easy access to everywhere in this island. Good location. We met a lovely receptionist upon check-in and during stay. But upon check-out she was not there and the staff was not friendly at all. Also the staff in the breakfast place - seems like do not want to help us at all. |

The hotel was conveniently located near to the marina near to the funicular to the town. There were a number of restaurants & shops close by. The views from Anacapri surpassed those of Capri and the chair lift was well worth the visit. The hotel was almost kitschly Italian decorated, but in a minimalistic comfortable way. The bathroom amenities were bountiful and water supply was good. The street noise could detract from a good nights sleep for light sleepers but the bed was comfortable. |

This is a superb hotel all around. The staff is very accommodating in answering any questions, providing any assistance, storing luggage before and after a stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are quite large with excellent views. The bathroom was large and well lit. Terry robes and slippers were provided. |

The location of the hotel is great if you're in Capri for a quick visit. It's right next to the marina which makes things very convenient. The room with a sea view was well worth it as the large balconies enable you to sit a relax on the Mediterranean. The hotel has a warm, friendly feel about it. The restaurant on the 4th floor was not as good as we had expected, If the weather is nice enough to sit outside then it will be worth a visit. If not, the inside surroundings aren't great. Having said that, the food was quite good. |

We liked the view from the hotel. It was easy to find. The receptionist's attitude. There was miscommunication between us about the booking arrangement, but the way she talked to us sounded as if it was all our fault. |

clean hotel with friendly staff hotel is front of the port and very busy street (bus and taxi stations, ticket offices,...) we expect calm in Capri but it was not in this particular area. specialy train from capri center only works till 11 pm and after dinner (normally late in capri) you shoulkd take very costly taxi to the hotel. |

The terrace ...in the morning...the silence of this moment... Our room have a wonderfull terrace with sea view...actuallly near to the commercial port...with the specific noise ! |

The hotel is elegant, calm, cheerful, comfortable. The service is absolutely outstanding: all employees are incredibly kind, with a smile, professional, helpful, efficient, flexible, knowledgable. The rooms reflect the local taste of Capri and the Amalfi coast, with colorful tiles, with the hospitality of an italian home. Romantic generous terrace with spectacular views and delicious food. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the hotel itself. We did not think the hotel deserved a 4 star rating, it is more of a very nice 3 star as there was no pool, the restaurant had average food and the breakfast was very basic |

Excellent location - a stone's throw away from the port. The rooms are very quiet despite being so close to the port as well. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Ideal for a short stay in Capri. Although the terrace restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced for Capri, there wasn't a single soul there in the evening apart from us! But that might have just been a very slow evening... |

The staff is always polite, friendly and helpful. That's definitely a credit to the hotel. Relais Maresca not correspond to what would be expected by a 4* hotel in terms of luxury and (especially) breakfast. The general built of the hotel reminds more of a decent bed a breakfast. So, the problems would be: luxury, facilities and breakfast. |

The location of the Hotel is great. The decor & comfort are also superb. The only thing I didn't like was the inside rooms were were very small, especially when compared to the sea facing rooms. But the hotel overall - FANTASTIC!! |

Nice, spacious, clean room, bright, colorful and well stocked mini bar. Good selection of breakfast which is included in the price. 20 metres from the port so you don't have to carry luggage far and all the tourist attractions can be easily reach from the hotel. The hotel is located fase area with a good police present that you feel make safe. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel. |

the room was lovely as well as the terrace and the proximity to the port make it very easy to reach it. The staff was very kind. It was a little expensive. However Capri itself is expensive. |
