Solo la location dell'hotel 1) Non abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite come previsto dal prezzo ma in una camera normale e molto piccola; 2) nonostante avessimo avvisato con ampio anticipo di non poter soggiornare l'ultima notte e il proprietario ci avesse assicurato che avrebbe solo aggiunto le tasse di prenotazione pari al 10%, nel conto finale la notte è stata invece aggiunta; 3) Il prezzo del menù dei pasti non è indicato ma la tariffa (come verificato nel conto finale) è particolarmente elevata (30 euro per un'insalata senza bevande); 4) il menù dei pasti non presenta scelta ma è esclusivamente a discrezione del proprietario e non include dessert; 5) il bagno della camera al nostro arrivo non era stato pulito; 7) l'acqua della vasca idromassaggio è estremamente sporca e fredda al punto da impedirne l'utilizzo.

Accoglienza senza paragoni, tutto il personale della struttura è stato gentilissimo sempre disponibile per tutte le esigenze. Piscina incantevole per passare qualche giorno di relax d'estate nel pieno silenzio. Camere molto spaziose curate nei minimi dettagli.Senza parlare poi della cucina dove potrete mangiare piatti toscani preparati con una cura incredibile! Probabilmente la struttura e il personale migliore mai trovati.

Posto incantevole, con una straordinaria vista su Sansepolcro e sulla valle tiberina. Il proprietario Giuliano molto disponibile e sempre pronto ad accontentare in tutto gli ospiti. Inoltre e' un ottimo cuoco: prepara piatti tradizionali, facendo riscoprire antiche ricette della tradizione locale. Suggeriamo di provare la sua cucina fermandosi a cenare a Palazzo di luglio.

Posizione strepitosa ( sia che si vogliano sia che non si vogliano visitare paesi e città nei dintorni), struttura elegante, cucina incomparabile sia per ingredienti sia per ricette. Rilassamento totale. Accoglienza e trattamento di qualità superiore; e quest'ultimo è l'aspetto di maggior significato, perché qui ci si trova quasi meglio che a casa propria.
