The hotel is beautiful!! Also, we want to thank all the staff: friendly, helpfull, absolutely perfect!! Thanks to Mr. Amedeo Esposito, very professional, expert and very pleasant. We will return very soon in this structure of great charm and relax! Thank you so much for the fantastic vacation. |

The location in the heart of Tuscany was convenient to explore the region. We enjoyed the views from the grounds, and the general relaxed ambiance. The staff were attentive to our needs. It was nice to have a wine store on site to purchase wine to send home. Our room was in a building across the street from the main building. That was a bit inconvenient, but not a problem. |

Location is central, the evening meal was the best we had in our visit to Tuscay, although the breakfast was a big disappointment. The swimming pool and outward views are excellent. Our upgraded room was good although expected it to be more spacious The breakfast was held in underground converted cellars that are cramped and generally not fitting of a hotel of this standard. The breakfast was poor (limited choice) and again cramped to self serve. The staff weren't attentive to serving tea or coffee. In contrast to the best evening meal we had, this was the worst breakfast of our Tuscany holiday. |

The staff is very helpful. The restaurant severs very good Tuscan food. The location in Radda is excellent for local artisan shopping. Very easy working distance to the small town and a short drive to other larger towns like Greve and San Gimignano. |

The hotels location is ideal, on the the fringe of radda and in easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The Relais itself is very quaint and homely with everything you want from a country holiday. Free easy parking and free internet in a quaint study. Breakfast was OK and rooms clean and comfortable. The common areas are beautifully rustic. It almost did not seem like a hotel but rather someones luxury country home. |

Great location, charming room, pool with a view. Easy access (for able bodied) to the nice village. Easy to find (with sat nav) and a great base to explore the region, by car. The bar across the road is very welcoming. No facilities for a snack or drink during the day or early evening. We arrived dying for a drink after our journey and got no help, (more like being at a B&B than a hotel). Despite being a wine producing hotel the wine was very expensive in the bar (in fact all drinks). The free drink of their own wine was so small as to be an insult. They wanted to charge for a very poor internet connection, refuse to pay ! Sort these points out and it would be a perfect hotel. |

This is a superb hotel and it is extremely well run and managed. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels in Italy, none better than this one. |

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful setting in Radda Chianti. Pool setting lovely. Our room and hotel quite beautiful. Lots of lounge areas and outside areas perfect for relaxing and reading, and drinking chianti of course. The breakfast was pretty poor. Little variety and the cake every morning was covered in wasps. The terrace was lovely but we weren't the only ones to leave quickly because of wasp problem. Not enough to put us off returning as soon as we can to Relais Vignale. |

"A room with a view" - our room was excellent. The view at the vineyards and Tuscan landscape could not have been better. The restaurant, were also the breakfast was served was outdoor, we just loved it. The public rooms were also spacy and very confortable. The Front Office stuff was extremely serviceminded and professional. The same applies to the restaurant stuff - they were all ladies! The excellent service of the Front Office was, however, to some extent spoiled by the blond female clerk. She expressed her unwillingness to take any of our wishes into consideration concerning our table reservation. She obviously had a bad day and let the customers feel it. |

The hotel is very authentic and charming, the location is stunning, and the service is excellent. Everything was very clean and well prepared. The views from the rooms and the gorgeous outdoor pool and the terrace breakfast area were unbelievably wonderful -- we could hardly believe we were there. We didn't think to reserve dinner ahead and they were booked for that night. We had a nice dinner in a local restaurant instead. We are used to having a clock in the room, but maybe in a timeless place, you don't need one? |

The location was excellent and the hotel was very well appointed with stunning views across the Chianti hills from the dining and pool areas. The service at breakfast was poor, and the breakfast buffet could have been more varied. However in other areas, service was good and the restaurant was excellent. |

As I said, I like the cleanlinnless of the hotel, the view and the location of the hotel and the stuff. Also the food was good...only the weather couzld be better, but this is not what is intreresting for you. |

Nice location in Toscana Quite impersonal feelings. Charge extra for internet!. Bad sound insulation beween the rooms and the corridor. We walked up very early when the cleanings started. Very week water flow in the showers, very difficult to wash out the schampo |

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Ebenso sind die alten Gebäude in hervorragendem Zustand, sehr schön angelegt und technisch modern ausgestattet. Insbesondere wurde geheizt, was in der Übergangssaison in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Essen war sehr gut und im Verhältnis preiswert. Hervorragender Hauswein. Das Bett war eindeutig über die Lebensdauer hinausbenutzt. Rückenweh und Zusammenrollen in der Bettmitte waren unvermeidlich. Wir hatten das Zimmer 55. Insgesamt hat es uns aber so gut gefallen, dass wir darüber hinweggesehen haben. Leider haben wir das Restaurant Vignale, welches 300m vom Relais entfernt sein soll, nicht gefunden. |

Im Grunde schöne Anlage, auch sehr gute Lage am Ortsrand von Radda Frühstücksbuffet wirklich sehr spärlich, jeden Tag die gleiche Sorte Wurst, nur eine Käsesorte, Gebäck wurde nur teilweise nachgereicht |
