Service was great, room was very clean, good location (we managed to walk to all of the sightseeing destinations plus hotel is located right next to the metro station). In general - great value for money paid.
No major dislikes. However, as this was an apartment house - you could hear everything what is happening in another room. And we had typical Italian breakfast : coffee and croissant only.
Room was cosy, clean, it has everything what it needs. Pretty quiet
It was a bit too far to walk for breakfast
Excellent staff - especially loved Marcelo and Paola. Great location, a lot of good eating places nearby.
Lovely staff, cosy and rather quiet room. Perfect price for good quality.
Room is very neat and clean, price is also good. it is located in family building flat, but very good. So you need to give correct time.
only no front desk, as it is family flat building, but for sating no problem with good room with all attached bath rooms.
We love the location, the cost, and the staff was very Helpful (they made us feel right at home) We will definitely stay there again in the future and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Marcelo, Paola and Sara provide excellent customer service.
The location is great. You can take the metro to reach most of the touristic locations. The room is spacious and Sarah is a very helpful person
The portion of the breakfast was little and that could be improved, but it did not matter with me as I used to add more from the cafe' on my own expense...
The host was very nice and helpful. It was always quiet and the WiFi worked great even with little reception.
shower stream sometimes weak and there are several keys to walk around with.
Location is the best one in Roma. There was free unlimited coffee, tea and apples! Bathroom inside the room is a big plus, as far as it is seldom in Roma. There were aircondition and refrigerator in the room.
There was cold water in the shower (we stayed in two rooms, this problem was in one of the rooms).
Roma Termini is only 5 min walk away. Also quite a few churches are within easy walking distance.
Breakfast was served at a pizzeria nearby with only a choice of tea/coffee/juice and one croissant each. Too many key for too many doors to get to your room(4 doors in all).
staff was really helphul and accessible when needed, the room was clean and spaceous enough, there was a balcony and even a fridge there! Air condition was working, wi-fi was good
the breakfast, but that is not really important at all
The hotel is vey central located, staff is very helpfull and nice. Hotel was clean. Wi fi was good. Breakfast was not perfect but fine.
There is nothing bad to say for this hotel if you think about the price.
Excellent for asked price. Pls, note, that is not a high-end hotel with developed services, but B&B one. Clean, quite good location, friendly. What extra do you need for affordable?
Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved that! While this location is in an obvious former depressed area of the city, it is up and coming and being revitalized. However, not a safe place late at night for a female to be walking around alone kind of place, so taxi's are best, which is an easy solution. This is however, a great location to the metro A & B line, great deli, easy access to all the historical and interesting sites, so I highly recommend it for the adventurous type and those who want to pay reasonable prices!
The Wi Fi was very spotty and sometimes in the evening when staff was out, it was difficult to get on-line. Might have been the router.
Location and the staff were great. Breakfast was simple and good. And we felt our belongings were always secure.
The aircon was ok for June temp but I don't believe it would've coped with the hotter temps of the summer months. And aircon is a must!
Postion, helpful staff, clean
Breakfast, a bit noisy
Location and staff were great. The room was clean and in a good condition.
Breakfast was not good.
There were 3 of use: myself, a friend and my 18 mth old daughter. We loved the hotel, the location was great. We saw most of Rome main sights and we were able to walk to them from the hotel. Our room and bathroom was very clean.
The water in our bathroom was running painfully slowly, but it wasnt a big problem.
The room is very cozy. Generous size and with a nice sofa. The internet works very well. The location is good as well, close to the metro and only one station away from termini. There is also supermarket and nice restaurant around. Over all I had a very nice stay.
All was perfect...good location for visit Rome. wifi needed works well.
location, sincere staff, and charming Italian-style coffee+cornetto "breakfast".
sound isolation pratically non-existant (so, almost impossible to sleep in the mornings and till everyone in the neighbouring room comes back to the rooms and go to sleep :)
Great location, clean, quiet, very friendly staff ! Great experience. I strongly recommend it !
Everything! Paula was very sweet & attentive. Great Stay!!!
The location. It's very convenient to take the Metro, either MEA orMEB.
The shower room is too small.
