friendly stuff comfotable rooms nice breakfast

Small room for the price, view of the highway, quite far from downtown

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable - even kept the restaurant open beyond normal hours because we arrived late and hadn't eaten. I left my watch behind in the room and they called the same day to let me know and sent it to me.

The pictures in the listing made the room look much bigger than it was so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Wonderful view from the room's balcony. Well-working wifi and easy parking. 10-15 minutes by foot to the cable car to Rennon, another few minutes to the downtown. Or take a bus, which stops in front of the hotel. Would gladly return.

The hotel Rentschnerhof is well situated- on the outskirts of Bolzano, yet walking distance from the center, easy to get to with a car and with beautiful scenery. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

During the summer a fan is needed in the room- we got one on request, but it would be better if it was a ceiling fan.

The personal are very kind, excellent breakfast and dinner, the place is very nice!

Excellent capuccino for the breakfast! The staff are nice. The rooms are comfortable in general, it is nice that there is also a sitting sofa in the room. Convenient access to the city centre by both car and bus. A lift.

Super-small shower cabin - very incomfortable. I wish all hotels would include a kettle/teamaker, as English hotels usually do.

Do atendimento da menina do restaurante, uma que usava óculos e era uma simpatia de pessoa. Melhor que o atendimento da proprietária.

Difícil de encontrar e a internet demorou caía toda hora. Não gostei da cidade. Trânsito caótico, mal sinalizado, cidade muito agitada e pouco preparada para o turismo. Sem sinalização e sem escritório de turismo na entrada.

Das Hotelrestaurant bietet eine sehr gute regionale Küche. Es hat prima geschmeckt.

Die Dusche im Zimmer ist für mich mit 185cm Größe etwas klein. Abgesehen von dieser Kleinigkeit gab es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Posizione bellissima in mezzo ai vigneti con vista sulla città di Bolzano. Autobus di linee che collega l'hotel alla città, durata del viaggio: 2 minuti!! Ristorante con prodotti tipici e staff davvero molto cordiale e disponibile!

Ruhig, Sehr große Auswahl (auch an deutschen) Fernsehprogrammen.

Keine echte Duschmöglichkeit, nur Badewanne mit Brause, die aber nicht oben an der Wand befestigt werden konnte.
