Für uns als 4-köpfige Famiele (8 u.10 Jahre) war das Hotel super. 2 getrennte Zimmer, schöne Küche um mal Pause zu machen und ganz zentral: 2 Minuten zum Fontana di Trevi, 4 zur Spanischen Treppe. Da würde ich jederzeit wieder hingehen und es allen unseren Freunden empfehlen. Frühstück wäre schön, ging aber durch die vorhandene Küche incl. Espressomaschine auch so. |

Das Hotel liegt für ein Shoppingwochenende in Rom sehr zentral. Schimmelflecken und teilweise schlechte Luft im Zimmer. |

Super zentrale Lage. 5 Minuten zu fuß zum Trevi Brunnen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur spanischen Treppe und Metrostation Spagna. Gleich gegenüber Spareinkauftsmarkt. Rel. kleiner Aufzug. Kein Personal in der Nacht (aber Notrufnummer). |

Sehr zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Caffeé´s in unmittelbarer Nähe, perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Achtung: Kaufrausch-Gefahr;-)) Leider sehr hellhörig, man konnte jeden Ton aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören, auch von der 2 Stock tiefer liegenden Rezeption vernahm man Geräusche. Extrem kleiner Lift (Platzangst-Gefahr). |

Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch, mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, kinderlieb und herzlich, die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Suite ist spitze, sogar mit voll ausgestatteter Miniküche, was in Rom Gold wert ist. Die wlan Nutzung im Zimmer ist kostenlos. Der Fahrstuhl ist umständlich und winzig, wir (5 Personen) mußten immer in mehreren Etappen aus/ in den 4.Stock... Weil der Buggy fürs Kleinkind nicht in den Fahrstuhl gepaßt hat mußten wir unten alles rausnehmen und den Buggy im eg stehen lassen. Besser keinen teuren und großen Kinderwagen mitnehmen... Die Klimaanlage hat außerdem ziemliche Betriebsgeräusche von sich gegeben. Aber das Gute hat eindeutig überwogen, wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen. |

Great location. The apartment was very spacious with good quality furniture and maintained to a high standard. Very narrow winding staircase. The lift was very small and old. |

The apartments were in a fantastic location, close to the Trevi Fountain and Spagna Shopping and Spanish Steps but out of the mainstream tourist footpath. The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. We had a one bedroom apartment which was huge and made our stay in Rome very relaxing. We love the interior design. Nothing at all. It was perfect for us. |

The location of this apartment was excellent. As a family of young children and first time travellers to Rome, we couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Location, price and comfort of the apartments were excellent. We will definitely stay again. The noise of the traffic at times at night and I assume the airconditioning. Otherwise, nothing we couldn't handle! |

The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps as well as many shops. It is very close to a taxi station as well as bus stop. Also, the room was very spacious for our family of 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. The hotel did not have a restaurant nor did they offer a breakfast. Also, the housekeeping only cleaned our room on the third day of our stay. After I complained about the floor not being cleaned, the management did apologize and cleaned it the same day. |

Big and comfortable rooms, excellent location, between Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi, both within walking distance. Sky tv available and 32'' tv screen. Also a supermarket across the street open until late hours was very convenient. Highly recommended The cleaning service was working in noon hours and twice we were disturbed while being in the room. |

1) noise from hallway and other rooms could be heard. probably door seals and wall insulation are not good enough. 2) website mentioned that there are kitchenettes in the rooms, ours did not have one. since we were staying only for a night, we didnt mind that but there was some misrepresentation in that aspect |

Quite spacious for Rome for a family of four. Located very close to a supermarket - very handy. Good location between Trevi Fountain and Plaza de Spagna (Metro). It is more an apartment than a hotel, with facilities and sufficient utensils, pots etc., for cooking. No washing machine for laundry. |

Excellent location: Easy access to transport - buses, taxis, metro. Can take a short bus ride to the Colosseum, right next to Trevi fountain and within walking distance of many other historic sites. Dozens of good restaurants, coffee and gelato bars right near by. Receptionist was lovely, very hlelpful and friendly, as was the manager. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommended. |

It is centrally situated in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, well appointed and the aircondtioning a blessing. The staff were very accomodating. The lack of refreshment facilities, i.e. coffee, tea, etc., given the fact that the hotel does not offer breakfast. |
