very nice and new, clean apartment with everything one needs, huge balcony (sunny almost all the time), super nice staff (Magdalena even printed us directions to some nice places she suggested and helped us with everything we needed), only 3 minutes walk to the beach (if you walk a little longer there is also a nice not so touristy beach where people kitesurf), own parking space (underground) it was clean, but still the balcony could have been mopped, it would be helpful if the staff knew a little more English

E' una struttura nuovissima com ambienti moderni e confortevoli. Staff gentilissimo. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e alla "movida" di romagnola.

Struttura nuovissima. Ottima pulizia e Maddalena è stata molto gentile. Anche se è un residence c'era a disposizione anche l'asciugacapelli. Nulla da aggiungere. Solo una nota per Maddalena: la carta igienica meglio fornirla direttamente e non invece darla nella confezione toletta a pagamento. :-)

E' in un palazzo nuovo.L'appartamento è ben arredato e con tutti I confort.Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.E' A 100 metri circa dalla spiaggia.

L'accoglienza, molto educata e disponibile. Viaggiavamo con un cane Labrador che è stato accolto senza problemi, sistemandoci in un appartamento al piano terra e con un piccolo giardino. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi e curati, é presente la lavatrice. Il residence é nuovissimo e la parte esterna é ancora poco sviluppata. Sono certa che entro breve anche i giardini e terrazzi saranno all'altezza degli interni.

Appartamento bello confortevole Il nostro appartamento non era a vista mare,non c'è stato dato posto auto all'interno del garage per mancanza di disponibilità.Al momento del pagamento del pernottamento mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare anche 40 euro in più per spese di pulizia ,ma io ho detto che che pago solo la spesa del pernottamento stabilito con booking.Mi è stato risposto ok lasciamo perdere non vogliamo altri problemi.

Molto Buono!! Volevano farci pagare 30 euro per la pulizia de la stanza e questo non si achiarava nella informazione di booking. Alla fine, non abbiamo dovuto di farlo.
