Ubytování je v pátém podlaží v domě bez výtahu. S těžším kufrem to dá zabrat.

We stayed in a lovely studio which was more spacious than I imagined. It had beautiful views out to sea and the staff were very friendly. There are a couple of cheery bars close by and a great pizzeria just up the hill.

There was no information when booking saying that we needed to call prior to arrival so we had to stand outside for a while. Also, there's no lift and 5 floors in the June heat was a little tough!

Convenient location in a real Neapolitan neighbourhood. Private atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

Sea view from the path nearby. Hotel staff named Chiro is very nice and friendly. He is very helpful.

Location, in fact most of area in Naples is a bit untidy. Beach side is a bit better.

It was cheap

The fact that I thought I had booked in one location and we ended up staying the other side of town, which was very inconvenient and we spent lots of money on taxis as a result. The split bathroom was annoying and the shower was poor. Access to the original address (where we thought we were staying) was extremely difficult when driving.

The location is very nice. 200M from the beach and the long seaside promenade with some enterntainment and fast-food. As well the Aquarium is right there. The neibourhood itself seems safe and quite authentic with old ladies sitting along the street and guarding/gossiping till late night. Although I still wouldn't recommend to try your luck and walk along the labirinth of empty narrow dark streets alone at night. Nearby you can find few restaurants with pastas, pizzas, sea food etc... As well as 24h atm machines, some shops and grocery stores. The subway is 5-10 min walk, as well as one of four cities funiculors. But if you fancy a walk to the city center it'll take you 20-30 min, in fact just one subway stop. Air-con and wi-fi worked well. The guy that met us didn't know English but was very helpful, friendly and patient.

So our one bedroom appartment on the 4th floor overlooking the yard was itself pretty spacious and decorated in style with all the needed working equipment. But it was way too cigarette-smelling for the non- smoking one. Also sofas and chairs covers were somewhat pretty dirty. The 15euro/day parking is just near the door and says that it is opened from 6-24. but bare in mind that on Sunday the siesta time is from 12- 17!!! And it'll be closed and nobody will be there to open it and let you out. So if you want to be on time please prepare! Also you should check for other notes (if you can just ask directly) of a special timetable due to certain holidays.

Ciro, the man in charge of making everything in the hotel (from cleaning the rooms, to load the bags and give support for problems) is very hardworking and helpful.

The bathroom was pretty bad. It was a terrible heat, and the shower did not work a single day. One day the water was cold, the other, the bath water out with a clogged drain and flooded the entire bathroom. And, as we asked (and the commitment of Ciro on trying to fix) the problem has not been surpassed in our three day stay

Very friendly staff. I had Ciro picking me up at the airport and he took care of all the requests I had during my two week stay. The location is perfect (five minutes from the sea promenade of Chiaia) and the apartment cozy, especially for long stays. Air conditioning, wifi perfectly working and free of charge. This is not an hotel, so do not expect hotel facilities: the cleaning is once a week and at the end of your stay, but there is more privacy and more space than at a regular hotel. I will definitely suggest this accomodation to my friends.

Fourth floor, no lift.

Reasonably close to train transportation. Well appointed, and nice.

I loved it here! I had no problems with the staff or facilities! The location is great bcuz it is right next to the beautiful water. The location is farther away from tourist sites but if you follow the Riveria then you will get there in no time. I think this place is more comfortable than a hotel and you definitely get your moneys worth!

Really just get a map. Especially since Naples is huge! Really it will help for this location. If you are only wanting to see tourist sites maybe pick somewhere else. But this place is great bcuz you aren't next to the dirty part of the city by the train station but the beautiful part. The real Naples

The location is perfect on the Chiaia Riviera ,the 2 km seafront is called Mergellina which has a lovely seafront and hills with around it. Supermarket ,shops bank etc all very close. Central train station is alo close and historical landmarks.

The appartment is on the fourth floor but because the Nepolitano food is so good you will need to burn some calories . :)

These people are more interested in the money than providing good accommodation to travellers. The two of us had to share one towel for 2 nights and the kitchen is not appointed well.

La location è perfetta per la visita alla città. Si è in un quartiere tranquillo dove non si ha nessun problema a girare a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte (come pure il traffico!...che è comunque folcloristico di Napoli) e dove si trova ogni tipo di negozio e servizio. Ottima la pulizia. Ciro è davvero disponibile e preparatissimo per ogni esigenza e richiesta (grazie!) Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Gli spazi sono un pò ridotti per 3 persone, ma erano corrispondenti alle descrizioni del sito e non sono un eccessivo problema per chi, come noi,è stato sempre fuori in giro per la città. I servizi sono separati (doccia e lavandino al piano terra e wc e bidet sul soppalco...non proprio comodo, ma anche questo descritto ampiamente nel sito). Se sistemate il WiFi (non prendeva nel nostro appartamento ma nel corridoio comune) è davvero tutto perfetto!

Tv (decoder) non funzionante; la camera si affacciava su strada rumorosa; pertanto non è stato possibile aprire la finestra per avere aria fresca - zona notte (soppalco) zona calda - costo del parcheggio riferito sull'annuncio al giorno, inferiore a quanto richiesto dal parcheggio (collegato ma non dell'albergo) - comunque, giudizio finale positivo -

Il personale (Ciro) molto disponibile e alla mano. Un buon posto per visitare Napoli e vedere il centro storico.

L'appartamento in via Salvator Rosa era estremamente rumoroso (le finestre danno sulla strada trafficata 24/h). Da desiderare lascia la pulizia e lo stato dei mobili (il mobile della tv stava cadendo a pezzi, come anche la cassettiera)

L'appartamento è pulito e spazioso. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. La posizione è buona per visitare Napoli.

L'appartamento (via Salvador Rosa) è situato di fronte ad una strada molto trafficata ed I clacson a Napoli si fanno sentire giorno e notte. La posizione è buona per visitare il centro di Napoli ma è un pò scomodo raggiungere la stazione.

non èra l'appartamento che avevo prenotato. Hanno scambio all'ultima minuta e era difficile da trovare. Non è stato molto chiara la raggione perchè hanno cambiato appartamenti e ho devuto insistere para essere soli nell' appartamento, non con altri ospiti.

Appartamento ben tenuto e pulito. Da segnalare la gentilezza e affabilita' di Ciro (a real Naples experience!) anche nel farci lasciare I bagagli in appartamento per l'intero ultimo giorno.

Quando abbiamo prenotato pensavamo l'appartamento si trovasse a Chiaia, non in centro. La zona e' comunque bella e apparentemente sicura, ma vi consiglio di controllare bene la location dell' appartamento prima di prenotare. La mappa che appare su booking puo' risultare fuorviante, controllate bene la via!

Ottima la posizione e grazioso l'appartamento.

Carente la pulizia e faticoso il quarto piano senza ascensore.

Posizione tranquilla e sicura. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ciro, il tuttofare, è molto simpatico e disponibile.

Poteva essere un po' più pulito. Il 5 piano senza ascensore. No reception per lasciare le chiavi.
