Die Unabhängigkeit einer Ferienwohnung wird hier elegant verbunden mit Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels (tägliche Reinigung, Handtuchwechsel etc.). Die Lage an der Nahtstelle von Altstadt und Neustadt ist hervorragend, günstige Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Der Straßenlärm (abends und früh morgens) ist nichts für lärmempfindliche Menschen! |

Appartement war super. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Lage war top. Leider war es etwas ringhörig. Wurde ein Stuhl irgendwo im Haus (Steinboden) verschoben, hörte man es durch das ganze Gebäude. |

Appartment liegt sehr günstig, nicht besonders luxuriös eingerichtet, aber alles sehr sauber. Preis-Leistung ausgezeichnet! In der Nähe gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten - auf einem geschützten Parkplatz. Tagsüber: gratis, in der Nacht: 1 Euro. |

Znakomity kontakt z obsluga (nie mowila po angielsku w tak rozkoszny sposob, ze ma sie wrazenie ze mowisz po wlosku ;>), swietna lokalizacja w samym centrum Ortygii (+ blisko bezplatnego parkingu), rekomendacje dotyczace lokalnych knajpek (znakomita restauracja Apollino naprzeciwko - trzeba koniecznie zajsc!), duze przestronne pokoje, prosty (nowoczesny) ale funkcjonalny wystroj, bardzo czysto. Korzystna cena (59 EUR za pokoj 4-osobowy). Absolutnie polecam! Znajduje sie w malym zaulku glownej ulicy - troche trudno bylo znalezc (ale bez przesady!). W czesci kuchennej byla informacja (tylko po wlosku) ze uzywanie kuchni nie jest wliczone w cene i trzeba doplacic 20 EUR za ostateczne sprzatanie (ale nie skasowano nas za uzywanie kuchni, moze wiec zapis dotyczy wynajmujacych bezposrednio na stronach rezydencji) |

Gefallen hat uns das besonders freundliche, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Hotelmanagement durch Francesco und Giuseppe. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, die Einrichtung modern und Top-Qualität. Für einen kurzen Städtetripp in Siracusa mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Appartement hatte leider keinen Balkon (aber als eines von wenigen ohne Balkon). Die angrenzenden Häuswände liegen sehr nahe. |

Excellent accueil. Chambre propre,climatisée et très bonne situation En plein centre de tout. Juste à descendre et se promener dans les rues piétonnes. A recommander. Pas de parking à l'hotel même. Mais un parking très proche et très bien expliqué par le propriétaire de l'hotel/résidence. |

Ubicación increíble. Parking económico cercano. La persona que lo gestiona muy amable. Apartamento perfecto para 2. El uso de la cocina implica un suplemento aparte que no estaba mencionado en la descripción. |
