Clean and the staff

We loved the spacious one bedroom apartment. It was well designed, comfortable, clean, quiet, and new. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, and there is a table and chair set for 4. The breakfast was also excellent, and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The location was ideal for visiting Sienna and San Galgano Abbey ruins, and not too far from other destinations of interest to us: Orvieto, Pienza, and Montepulciano. Our young children were welcome and comfortable there also. And the pool was very nice. This is a place we'd like to return to again.

Free wi-fi would be the only thing we wished we'd had. But the staff was kind enough to look up weather reports for us, area info., etc., so no complaints...

Most things were very good especially the people

I should have realised this was the wrong property in which to live my Tuscan dream...too new...in a suburban new development without a view...could have been anywhere but Tuscany. The daily drive into Siena and elsewhere became just too much and at night without any English language TV other than BBC one couldn't just step outside and be in town and wander about. My mistake too in booking unseen for 7 days. In the end a real problem with booking .com telling the owner i could not leave a day earlier. Very upset about that as we struggled through the last 2 days.

We thought Residence Arianna perfect in every way. We are travelling in a car and the location is excellent and convenient to all the attractions of Tuscany. The apartment is new, spacious, clean and with all the best appliances. The pool is large and the pool area private and well designed. To top it all of, the owners and the staff are friendly and made us feel totaly at home. We loved the place and are going back. Incredible value.

The residence was very new with large apartments and well equipt kitchens. The owner was very very helpful and the supplied breakfast was handy. You definitely need a car when staying here as it is about a 20 min drive from Sienna.

Uitstekend hotel!! Niks op aan te merken! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, proper, alles ok alleen een beetje ver van Sienna. Je hebt dus een auto nodig! Als je houdt van clean is dit een aanrader!!!

Es un apartamento nuevo para ti. Mucha simpatía del personal del hotel. Aparcamiento infinito.

Se precisa de coche para llegar. Un apartamento nuevo pero no utilice ni cocina ni nevera. A 20 min de Siena.

Hemos estado alojados 3 días y la estancia ha sido excelente, cómo si estuvieramos en casa. La dueña, realmente era súper atenta, y aunque no hablábamos el mismo idioma, completamente predispuesta para atender cualquier pregunta o solicitud. La recepción no estaba abierta las 24h., pero por lo que observé, si avisas o envías un mail, sobre la hora de llegada, te esperan para hacer el check-in. El apartamento es muy confortable, y muy limpio, con todo los enseres necesarios (cocina), con horno y combi. El desayuno, es un pequeño bufet, bastante completo, en el que puedes repetir lo que quieras y con variedad. Aunque no probamos la piscina, pintaba muy bien el pegarse un baño. En el mismo pueblecito había un supermercado, en la entrada del pueblo para poder comprar. Por aparcamiento, los apartamentos tienen unos reservados, aunque puedes aparcar en la misma callle (enfrente de la entrada), todo gratuito.Se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad.Sin duda, un buen lugar dónde repetir.

La única pega que se puede encontrar es que si vas sin coche, está a unos 15 km de Siena, y no se la afluencia que tiene el transporte público. Pero no fur nuestro caso.

Niet verwacht dat het midden in een woonwijk staat, snel burengeruchten. Balkon was erg klein.

Leuk ontvangst, propere kamers met balkon, terras en een goede verzorgde kitchenette. Ontbijt was uitstekend (uitgebreid). Het zwembad was een pluspunt. Stille omgeving en een grote supermarkt in de buurt. Kortom aangenaam verblijf

De kamers waren ruim, zeer proper en de keuken was goed uitgerust. Het appartement werd ook elke dag schoongemaakt. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed, er was voor ieder wat wils. Het was wel elke dag hetzelfde qua keuze. Als je vragen had over bepaalde plaatsen in Toscane kan je steeds terecht bij de receptie waar ze je met veel plezier helpen. We hadden hier een geweldige zomervakantie.

De geluidsisolatie in onze kamer liet te wensen over. Zonder auto kan je niet veel doen.
