Lovely appartment with gorgeous views of the sea, the old town of La Maddalena and across to the 'mainland' of Sardinia with mountains and greenery everywhere. The appartment itself was nicely decorated, with a very well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine), and very comfortable bedrooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Swimming pool was closed - when we first made the booking it wasn't made clear that the pool only opens on 1 June (we were there in late May). No oven in the kitchen - but microwave provided. Otherwise all great.

Extrême affabilité du personnel et appartement très bien équipé avec terrasse sur la mer pour un prix très intéressant hors saison. Toutefois il faut avoir la voiture pour se déplacer (immeuble très bien fléché mais pas en bord de mer)

Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno presso il Residence Borgo Punta Villa. E' molto carino, nuovo, pulito, lo staff e' gentile. Il rapporto qualita'/prezzo e' ottimo, almeno in bassa stagione.

La disponibilità e la cortesia del personale sono state eccellenti. L'appartamento è ben arredato e molto pulito, nonchè fornito dell'indispensabile per arrivi anche in tarda serata. Sarebbe meglio cambiare i materassi. Non erano comodi, ma pieni di avvallamenti.

La posizione rispetto al centro della Maddalena è ottimo, in quanto essendo all'esterno risulta essere di totale relax. La vista dall'appartamento era fantastica, si godeva dell'isola di Caprera, Santo Stefano e di Palau. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti I confort (divano, tv, terrazza attrezzata, cucina attrezzata) e la realizzazione di un vero e proprio borgo la rende unica nel suo genere. Lo consiglierei a tutti, dalle famiglie alle comitive di giovani o anche ai viaggiatori in solitaria.

sehr schöne Appartmentanlage, helle gut eingerichtete Zimmer, man kann sich richtig wohl fühlen. das einzige ist: man sollte einen Mietwagen haben. Man läuft in den Ort und zum Hafen ca 15 min, das ist ok. Möchte man allerdings die schönen Strände/Buchten auf der Insel erkunden, braucht man unbedingt einen MW.

All'arrivo non c'era nessuno all'accoglienza. La stanza non era preparata. E' stata lavata al momento. Hanno fatto pagare il supplemento per le asciugamani, e in più volevano farci pagare il riscaldamento.

Man kann sich nach einem schönen Tag an einem der vielen umliegenden Buchten wie zu Hause fühlen. Zum kochen ist wirklich alles nötige vorhanden und die Wohnung ist sehr hell und bequem! Sehr nettes Personal. Privater Parkplatz vorhanden! Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Leider konnte das Personal nur italienisch, jedoch haben sie sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns alles zu erklären und waren sehr hilfsbereit! Ein Auto ist von Vorteil (jedoch sollte man in Sardinien sowieso nicht ohne Auto reisen...)

We hadden het geluk dat we net na het hoogseizoen kwamen (eind oktober), hierdoor kregen we een prachtig 6-persoons appartement, terwijl we een 2-persoons hadden geboekt. Ruime living met keuken en terras rondom met uitzicht op zee, alles zeer netjes en mooi afgewerkt. Vriendelijk personeel. Wifi bij de receptie. Complex bestaat uit huur- en koopappartementen. Boven het dorpscentrum van La Maddalena, in rustige woonwijk gelegen, niet direct in een toeristische omgeving. Zeer mooie natuur in de nabijheid. Weinig op aan te merken. Wel moet beddengoed en handdoeken zelf meegenomen worden of daar gehuurd worden (30 euro voor 2 personen). Zwembad was gesloten vanwege einde hoogseizoen. Dorpscentrum (horeca, winkels) en stranden op ca. 15 min. Lopen. Auto is aan te raden, ook vanwege de hogere ligging.
