Very good location, 10 minutes from seaside and close to highways, in real Tuscany landscape. Loved the mountain view pool and the open air fireplace, kids really enjoyed the big garden. The nearby mine is a bit noisy sometimes.

We stayed at this hotel in the begining of June.Loved the place, cause you can truly relax, lots of activities for the kids, playground, barbecue, 2swimming pools and space to run around.Then you had the gardens full of perfumed bushes like lavander, rosemary, roses and other plants, birds singing and the views of lovely hills of Toscana with wine yards and olive trees everywhere.The apartment was simple, rustic furniture with taste, the kitchen had all the ustensils and utilities for cooking or just a simple breakfast.The receptionist is a lovely and helpfull girl.We realy liked it and would go back. Does not have a restaurant.It's a bit isolated and hiden from the road, but if you have a car is not a problem.

the location is in the middle of countryside.... very quite, good place to relax with family. A GPS is highly recommended (especially first time) since the accomodation is on the ouskirts of Santa Luce. It is in the heart of Tuscany very easy to reach great places like Massa maritima, Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Florence, Lucca, etc. Silence...... absolutely silence. Great place to relax with family and friends.

Vi sono diverse tipologie di appartamento, dal monolocale a plurilocali, questi ultimi con ampia zona soggiorno e maggiore privacy, e tetto a vista che rende l'ambiente particolarmente bello e spazioso. Tutti gli appartamenti sono ben tenuti, puliti e arredati con mobili in legno scuro. Il residence è posto in una zona degradante e non su un'altura, in mezzo al verde. Il paese più vicino è Pomaia, a due minuti, piccolino e milto piacevole, con alcuni negozi (piccolo market, bar, farmacia, tabaccheria- edicola, macelleria, parrucchiere). Il mare dista poco più di dieci minuti. Nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi (aprile) non vi era molta gente. In piena estate immagino vi sia molto più movimento, rendendo il residence forse più adatto alle famiglie con bambini. Ornella, la responsabile alla reception, è cordialissima e pronta a risolvere con professionalità gli eventuali problemi che si possono manifestare. Anche il custode-giardiniere è di una cordialità e gentilezza uniche!

Dobrze położone miejsce dla osób chcących połączyć wypoczynek nad morzem I zwiedzanie Toskanii. Bardzo życzliwa I pomocna obsługa. Warunki zakwaterowania umożliwiające realizację zwykłych potrzeb podróżnych ( wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko, odpowiednia powierzchnia apartamentu). Zadbany teren, duża dbałość o odpowiedni stan basenu. Proponowana trasa dojazdu powinna zostać uszczegółowiona - ostatni odcinek jest opisany nieprecyzyjnie.

Die Residence Borgo San Carlo ist eine schöne gepflegte Anlage mit einem sehr guten Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Das Appartement war groß, sauber, zweckmäßig und vollständig eingerichtet. Vom Pool waren wir positiv überrascht. Er ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern der Homepage dargestellt. Strände sind mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Von der Anlager aus sind die Städte Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und Siena bequem per Auto zu erreichen. Wie schon in anderen Kommentaren angesprochen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Knauf Gipswerk. Dieses ist nur bei der Anfahrt zu sehen, nicht aber von der Anlage aus. Lediglich oberhalb des Pools kann man Teile erkennen. Tagsüber waren keine Geräusche zu hören. Nachts war bei geöffnetem Fenster ein leichtes Rauschen zu vernehmen. Uns hat das Gipswerk überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir wussten aus den Kommentaren von der Existenz dieses Werkes und hatten uns entsprechend darauf eingestellt.
