Located 350 metres from its private beach, where you have free access and free sun loungers and parasols, Residence Selenis is a modern residence. Not far fram the beach but get better value for the buck with hotels closer to the beach and city - Very bad and ugly room (booked for 3 adult but get e room with one bed sofa) and been offered to pay 45 extra Euros to upgrade. - Very Rude reception called me lair when I told her that we are 3 adults (parents and one kids almost 7 years) and one kid how is 3 years old. She claimed that I booked for 3 persons and now we are 4! - Very RUDE staff ...the pool guy called my wife "f..." when he claimed that I didn't showered in proper way before using the pool! - Request to charge additional 60 Euros for not doing the cleaning the apt. at returned. Again shouting, gelling and arguing in very bad and ugly manner. Refused to give back the key when I asked to do the cleaning. Looks more and less systematic way to do additional charge. - Poor kitchen staff - Old small 12 or 14" TV - No air condition

Die Anlage( Zimmer, Pool, Rasen) ist sehr gut gepflegt, sehr sauber und strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Durch die eingeforderte Badeordnung gibt es keine unangenehmen Störungen zu Ruhezeiten, dennoch blieb genug Zeit, um das Baden genießen zu können. Die Küche war gut und ordentlich eingerichtet. Kleine Mängel (kaputte Glühbirne) wurden sofort behoben. Die Lage der Anlage - sowohl in Zentrumsnähe als auch nahe am Meer), war sehr günstig, da die Straße zur Residence Selenis an einer Sackgasse ist und daher ohne Durchzugsverkehr angenehm ruhig war. Wenn man nicht beachtet, dass man alle Gebrauchsgüter (Z.B. zum Geschirrabwaschen) selbst mitnehmen muss, dann erscheint einem die Wohnung vielleicht dürftig eingerichtet. Da das Bad eine Badewanne mit einer kleinen Tuschwand hatte, war der Boden nach dem Tuschen entsprechend nass - ohne Badevorleger ist sowas sehr ungemütlich und unangenehm rutschig.

- amplasarea in zona linistita la 5 min de plaja - piscina si zona verde aferenta - parcarea acoperita - ar fi fost ideal doua ventilatoare de tavan pentru miscarea aerului , avind in vedere canicula din perioada sejurului .

Keine Klimaanlage wie beschrieben, Safe kaputt, Ausziehcouch statt Bett obwohl Appartment fûr 3 Leute zugelassen! Kein Klopapier, Handtücher oder Seife! Fernseher funktioniert 5 Stunden am Tag, sonst kein Signal und nur 3 Sender in Deutsch! Kein Insektenschutz! Rezeption in anderem Gebãude, ca 500m entfernt vom Hauptgebäude, schlecht beschrieben! Heruntergekommen! Endreinigung muss man selbst machen sonst behalten sie Kaution ein!

Nice garden, swimming pool, good location, balcony, air conditioning, modern TV (can play video from USB). Free bikes and sunshade on the beach. Correct kitchen equipment. Free private parking. Minigolf and tennis court across the street, golf course in 10 km. Lot of shops, restaurants and pastry shops in walking distance. Wi-Fi is expensive (pay service of the town). You should bring (or buy) your own toilet paper, detergent and sponge. Pool opening hours (10.00 - 13.00 and 15.30 - 22.00) are strictly enforced (can be considered as advantage if you prefer siesta or early sleeping)

služby odpovídaly popisu na webových stránkách nedostatečné informace o procesu ubytování, chyběl mi odkaz a adresa na agenturu, od které jsme dostali klíče od pokoje možná taky mohl mít bazén delší otevírací dobu

Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Schöner Pool saubere Anlage. Bettwäsche, Strandliegen, Schirm und Fahrradmieten waren im Preis incl. Kinder durften 1x gratis Minigolf spielen. Check in erst ab 15.00 Uhr möglich. Bei uns war Schlüsselübergabe erst um 18.00 Uhr.

At der var Siesta ved Poolen, dejligt stille og roligt selvom der var børn. Pool manden var meget obs på at alle havde det godt og regler blev overholdt

Es gibt einen großen Pool und die geringe Entfernung zum Strand (ca. 3 Gehminuten). Der Pool wird erst ab 09:30 Uhr geöffnet und hat von 12.00 bis 15.30 Uhr geschlossen.

Appartment ist geräumig. Schöne Garten- und Pool Anlage. Ruhig. Keine Insektengitter. Pool Mitte Mai noch nicht eingelassen. Kein Klopapier bei Ankunft. Kein WLAN.

Die Residence Selenis Est besticht einerseits durch das durchwegs angemessene Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Meer (3 min). In die Altstadt benötigt man etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, was jedoch durchwegs im Rahmen ist. Anfangs wussten wir nicht, wo wir unseren Schlüssel bekommen sollten. Nach einigen Erkundigungen fanden wir heraus, dass der Schlüssel und alles Übrige im Reisebüro Villagio Orologgio (ca. 50 Meter entfernt) abzuholen waren.

Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren sehr freundlich.Die Lage ist sehr gut.Grünanlage u.Pool waren sauber. quietschende Türen u.der Wasserablauf ist sehr langsam.
