We highly recommend. Professional friendly staff, 24 hour front desk, clean, safe. Great location, buses and subway (metro) are very close. 4 markets within a 5 minute walk. Lots of shopping with 10 minute walk. Our room had a fully equipped kitchenette
Wi Fi occasionally dropped connection.
Location, room size.
There could have been at least coffee and salt in the kitchen. No sponge, no wine glasses.
I like the staff's kindness and helpfulness. Location is great. Cipro station is very close. Very convinient for everything. At the beginning I stayed for 8 nights and when came back from Lourdes stayed for 5 nights and were upgraded to larger room..
location - proximity to the Vatican, the metro, restaurants and cafes. Small room but comfortable without bumping into any one or any thing.
bathrooms are a little small but manageable
It was clean and wi-fi was great. Neighborhood was close to public transit and very walker friendly. It was a few blocks away from the Vatican so it was in walking distance which was nice since the hop on hop off bus tours were located in the Vatican area.
No breakfast bar, but there were little coffee houses within three to five minutes walking distance from the hotel so it was not that big of a deal.
1)The location was perfect for sightseeing on foot, being centrally located 2)Free parking was brilliant 3)The room was clean and had a fridge 4) The staff were very helpful, and polite, especially when a slight problem arose. We would definiitely stay there again and recommend it to others
The plumbing made a terrible noise when used in the adjoining room The towels could have been changed more frequently
I can hear anything happened next door..
The Staff is soooo warm! She gives us a very nice travelling suggestions with route plan. And the last morning, my girlfriend was ill, and she postpone our check out time!
Location was excellent Cleanliness Staff
Breakfast is a bit overpriced
Residence Candia was an excellent value for the money. The room was a bit small but the location was perfect and the rooms were clean. Restaurants in the area are fairly good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
Staff were wonderful!! Helpful, friendly, accommodating! Room exactly what we needed - kitchen had all appliances we wanted!
Modern and clean room , location was amazing , great value .
Free parking space, close to the metro station.
Very small space in the rooms.
Everything was well maintained, clean and the rooms were very spacious. Overall, an excellent stay.Would highly recommend it.Its also close to a metro.
Position, equipment, car park
my room was comfortable (I had a nice balcony!) but very small
The best apartment of this travel, everything fit my need.
wifi little bit slow.
Perfect stay from check-in through check-out! Highly Recommend this hotel!
We Loved everything about our stay :)
Because it was neer the Vatican and I likeed it.
Some rome neer the street and there are a little noise.
proximity to VATICAN safe and secure multilingual staff good walking and exploring areas clean rooms modern bathrooms great indoor patio
second stay rooms too small asked for city tax in cash??
We liked everything about the place especially the location. The staff 100%. Can't understand why they had some bad reviews at all, I will be going back to Rome soon and when I am I will book here I'm not interested in taking a chance elsewhere.
As the title says I honestly can't fault the place at all.
Staff very helpful with all trip questions an suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.
The room was neat tidy and functional with plenty of facilities
the shower was tiny and did not drain fast enough!!!!!!
Good location Free wifi Very clean Room is fully equipped Crew is very nice helpful and speak fluent English
We did not get clear instruction on the way to get to the hotel in advance- took some walking to get there.
Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the Vatican museum. Nearby metro station, only 10 minutes from the hotel. Private parking. Fine bathroom. 24 hours reception.
View from the window couldn't be worse, but anyway that wasn't really a problem for us. A bit noisy = thin walls. Italian power sockets, no convertors were provided (although we didn't go to ask at the reception).
one thing I like most is the hotel front office are very friendly and easy to deal with. hotel location is just perfect a walking distance from Metro stations (Cipro and Ottaviano Metro stations).
The toilet needs a bit of repair.
