Keittiövarustus oli hyvä. Suihkua käytti viisi henkeä ja kuuma vesi riitti. Henkilökunta miellyttävää. Englannilla pärjäsi hyvin.

Kalusteista suurin osa kuluneita ja vanhoja. Alakerrassa hissin ympäristö tuoksahti maalle, muuten oli tosi siistiä.

Our room was atrocious and the holiday ruined by it. How can the hotel provide a room with no exterior window and internal noise from 6 00am and through to 2 am. also cigarette smoke drifting into the room. my wife hardly slept. almost no hot water do you propose to respond to this assessment?????????????????

Location is perfect: 5 min walk from Vatican and at the same time far enough from crowds of tourists. A bed in the room was broad and with a good mat.

A room was very narrow. Actually there were two small rooms in our room. One with a double bed and another one with a single bed. Probably you can ask to remove an extra bed to have a place for a table and chairs stored somewhere at an entresol above your heads. Ridiculous: while there was a kitchenette, there was no place to take one's meal. A room and especially a bathroom seem to be uncomfortable for people over XL size.

We arrived at hotel at 6:30 am after an overnight bus ride,and even though it was well before check in time,they gave us a room (not the room we had booked), but at least somewhere we could shower and get a few hours sleep. At lunch time we got the key to our room, and I have to say we were most impressed with the size/comfort/facilities etc. There was even a washing machine, which we were not expecting, and a hanging rack to dry the clothes! The location of the hotel couldn't be better really. 10 minutes away from the metro, and a supermarket a few minutes away to get supplies. The Vatican is only a few minutes walk away to. The staff were really friendly and the room was kept very clean, so all in all, I have to recommend the hotel, and I would stay there again without hesitation!

Apartment style with separate room for children. Although compact it had everything that you'd need.

Location was perfect for Cipro Metro and Ottaviano. Very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. Family suite was perfect. Staff was responsive.

Nothing springs to mind

The location was very convenient to places we wanted to walk to and to the Metro and several bus lines. .The desk staff spoke just barely enough English that we were able to communicate with the barely enough Italian we speak. They helped us make reservations and gave us good shopping tips The best was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The bathroom was set up for doing some hand laundry and it dried quickly.

The room was too small for a king-sized bed. One of us had to sit on the bed and eat with a plate in his lap. The place is popular with youth groups and after we were in bed, they would call our room and hang up or talk loudly in the stairwell and hallways late at night. Their adult leaders would let them block the exits when they had meetings with them in the courtyard.

The room was clean and the climate control of the room worked well. Also, the location of the hotel is optimal for those wishing to go to Vatican City.

We were charged for a Superior Studio room and given a Studio room. We booked a Superior Studio online, which was approximately $20 us per night more than the Studio room. When we arrived, the woman at reception claimed not to know the difference between a 'Superior' Studio and a Studio (even though this distinction appears online and we offered a printout of our online purchase receipt stating we reserved a Superior Studio). As a result we felt there was a 'bait and switch', and were charged the Superior Studio rate for a Studio room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really convenient (near many supermarkets, a local market , many shops...). The appartment we stayed at had been totally renovated recently so everything was clean, worked, etc...

The only hiccup was that the TV had no english channel (but it did not bother us as we did not go to Rome to watch tv).

Excellent location right near the Vatican museum. Tons of food options right outside your door and the metro is a block or so away. The apartment could easily fit 6-8 people, but it was bit strange as one bedroom was almost hidden away. Overall, I was very pleased with the room and the location. Staff was helpful in finding dining options and provided us maps of the local area and of Rome. Also had parking available which is rare in Rome!

Small elevator made it harder to get everything up to the room. No real view out of any of the windows, but for us, the location, the size and the free parking made it all worth it!

We liked our hostess Natasha! She was most friendly. welcoming, warm, funny, helpful, she provided us with additional services for no charge. All of the staff were really awesome! The apartment was nice, located just 7 min. walk from the Vatican museums. We enjoyed Rome!

Surrounding neighborhood was a little run down and had lots of graffiti, beds were small and uncomfortable, terrible pillows

The room we finally ended up in was nice.

We stayed two nights, but spent the first night unable to get back into our room after dinner because the lock was stuck. We waited for three hours for the next shift to come in and fix it. We had no access to our luggage, so couldn't shower, etc. even though we had another room. The baby was running a high fever and we couldn't get to her medicine. All the stores were closed so that we couldn't get her any more; so that evening was pretty much a nightmare for us. The "lift" is tiny and slow. The staff varied from rude to unhelpful. I did not understand the pricing from your site, so it was much, much higher than I expected. Especially for such a disappointing stay.

The proximity to the Vatican and the Metro. The rooms were newly renovated and pretty much contained what was necessary. The staff was helpfull in general.

The rooms were somewhat dark, and the daily cleaning could be better. also the towels are only changed every 4 days and no cleaning on sunday. A problem with sewagewater coming up from the bathroom drain was not addressed as it was sunday!!

the room is too small, the bed so little that have the risk to fall when turn up. the bathroom is also very little, can not turn almost. and the room has not sound insulation .

close to ciprio metro station and vatican city museum (just take the non stop train from the airport, then the metro to ciprio and walk about 200 meters)

basically everything you need is in the room, including a well equipped kitchenette, but the rooms are very smallish!

Ideal location for a visit to Vatican, and convenient to take metro to other major tourism spots.

Some rooms have very strange layout inside. For two couples travelling together, they give you two choices: 1.two equally small bed rooms with small beds and a shared wash room; 2. a bigger bed room and a much smaller room which has no windows at all, so it's difficult for you to decide how to allocate the rooms. We chosed 2 just because the ladies want to have a better kitchen for cooking, but it's not a good memory for the couple who stayed at the smaller room.
