This place was a real find for us. Conveniently located, close to CIpro Metro station and around the block from the Vatican. With parking! Staff very helpful and friendly and gave us an apartment with a small veranda which made a world of difference over the 6 days we spent there.
Residence Candia was the perfect place to stay when in Rome. close to the metro , shops, restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The room was perfect!
Does exactly what you expect - good position, enough room for family of 4, useful to have kitchen for short stays. Able to get one of the free spaces to park. Staff exceptionally helpful
That the train station walk to hotel at night feels dodgy.
Zone Personnel Clean room and very comfortable Would definitely recommend
This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the Vatican and plenty of restaurants close by. The main bus and subway station are about a block away. It has free parking if space is available, for a small car there is no problem. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was a small clean and well equipped kitchenette with air condition, wifi, and refrigerator. It was also very quiet considering the location. I would go back if returning to Rome.
Good location. Good facilities.
Car park very tight for bigger car, elevator very small
The Internet was unstable
The apartment was very modern and very well planned and laid out. Every thing was high class. The location was brilliant just next to Vatican and yet quite. The supply of hot water was continues and the net speed was good. There was a store near by and so many smaller shops for all needs. I will defiantly stay there again.
Every thing was top class.
Proximity to the vatican
The room was clean but we had 3 very tall adults.
Location was very good, close to Vatican, Cipro metro station 50m away, wonderful "gelateria", bakery, markets and a very good yoghurt shop close by. Staff is friendly and experienced. The apart was clean, well airconditioned and comfortable. Kitchen was small but well equipped, we did not care much about that.
Wireless internet was very slow streming and disconnecting (completed flight checkin with difficulty) Dish washing detergent might have been provided.
staff is very nice to reccomand good local restaurant and helpful on getting taxi; good kitchen
the shower room is broken on our last night stay; the room cleaning didn't change our towels for three days for some reason
Location Staff Price/Quality
Very small appartement
There were 2 bathrooms in the apartment and the kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery and plates. With lots of supermarkets in the area. Close to the metro and Vatican.
The staff was very helpful and courteous and spoke English very well. Rooms were clean and had a very efficient use of space. We were also able to leave our car parked on the monitored lot while sightseeing the day of checkout. Location can't be beat. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and train station. The staff was very helpful in regard to our son who is in a wheelchair. Great folks.
Rooms were small by American standards but very efficient and comfortable. No complaints.
We loved everything about this apartment. It was very clean & the location was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make a great dinner in the room & a grocery store was only 2 streets away!
The only complaint we had was that the walls were thin & we could hear our neighbors coming back in the middle of the night after they had been partying.
Location , room, close to the Vatican City , Metro and shopping
Traffic noise at night.
Small cramped space, half my lights didn't work and yet management did nothing. Hot room, staff turned off air and opened windows while we were away.
Excellent location for the Vatican and other attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend this hotel anymore!
The location is excellent, nearby the metro and the vantican, the staff is kind, but the hotel is very old,and the elevator is very small, only can hold two adult.
Convenient location. Parking availability.
The room we stayed in requires updating.
Reception 'upgraded us' to a two bed appt when they realised we were a group of two couples rather than a family of four.Located close to the Vatican area if thats what you want to see and are prepared to queue for ever. Close to metro for visits to colluseum etc. Lots of help with maps, transport, and boarding card print out. Good A/C & ceiling fans
Decor consisted of brown cork tiles floor to ceiling everywhere. Where is the Italian style?. No sitting area just a 'shelf' table in the kitchen. Lack of decent VFM restaurants or supermarket close by.
The room space is very small the room should be for 2 adults only.
Excellent location, good for transport, and an excellent food market a couple of hundred metres away.
Have to be very, very tall to reach some of the cupboards (step ladder provided!)
