Zeer kleine kamer, je kan niet eens elkaar. gelijktijdig passeren. Zgn zithoek bestond een tafeltje met 1 plastic stoel. Badkamer was ook erg klein. Matrassen van het bed waren van slechte kwaliteit.

Wij vonden het een mooi appartement, alles netjes schoon, mooie badkamer en prima bed. Het receptie personeel was erg vriendelijk.Er liggen supermarkten in de buurt waar je prima je maaltijden kunt kopen. Verder ligt er op 2 minuten lopen een metro station en bus station, waardoor heel Rome goed bereikbaar is.

De keuken was heel erg klein. Er was geen afwasbak en het was niet mogelijk de wasbak afvoer te sluiten, waardoor afwassen een beetje moeilijk was.

The price it is to much for one night

The rooms were really nice. the shutters worked extremely well in keeping out noise and light from outside. We had two separate rooms on asmall corridor with a door we could lock. ideal for a family as we could then leave our rooms unlocked. The kitchen area was well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wifi was free.

The bathrooms were lovely to look at but with no shower curtain in one, the floor was constantly covered in water. this made it difficult for more than one person to use the room. There was a shower curtain in the other but it constantly attached itself to the body of the person showering. The extractor fans on the cooker hoods didn't work. Wifi only worked in one of our two rooms. Many guests used the stairwell to get WiFi access. There was a LOT of noise from adjoining rooms. The people above us seemed to be roller-skating or skate-boarding until 1.00 am and it was impossible to sleep until they finished.

LOCATION!!! I can't believe how close we were which was perfect for our three boys. We could walk to the Vatican in five minutes. The staff was also very helpful with finding things. There was always someone at the front desk. We had the apartment with two bedrooms so the size was perfect. Had a great hair dryer and plenty of towels.

It was a little old and the windows were definitely single paned so you could hear the busy city streets. That didn't bother us though as we were so tired we slept great. We had a kitchenette and there was no sample size soap to do even a few dishes.

Very helpful staff, excellent location near St. Peter's, easy access to public transportation. I have now stayed there three times.

The tightness of space is extreme--on my recent (third) stay, I could barely get my 130 pound/59 kg self plus suitcase into the room. Towel ration is too limited; bath towel may not dry overnight in that climate.

Location close to Vatican and metro

When we booked, was offered a spacious room with views of the Vatican. Lived in small room with a view on the concrete wall.

Our room was atrocious and the holiday ruined by it. How can the hotel provide a room with no exterior window and internal noise from 6 00am and through to 2 am. also cigarette smoke drifting into the room. my wife hardly slept. almost no hot water do you propose to respond to this assessment?????????????????

Location is perfect: 5 min walk from Vatican and at the same time far enough from crowds of tourists. A bed in the room was broad and with a good mat.

A room was very narrow. Actually there were two small rooms in our room. One with a double bed and another one with a single bed. Probably you can ask to remove an extra bed to have a place for a table and chairs stored somewhere at an entresol above your heads. Ridiculous: while there was a kitchenette, there was no place to take one's meal. A room and especially a bathroom seem to be uncomfortable for people over XL size.

We arrived at hotel at 6:30 am after an overnight bus ride,and even though it was well before check in time,they gave us a room (not the room we had booked), but at least somewhere we could shower and get a few hours sleep. At lunch time we got the key to our room, and I have to say we were most impressed with the size/comfort/facilities etc. There was even a washing machine, which we were not expecting, and a hanging rack to dry the clothes! The location of the hotel couldn't be better really. 10 minutes away from the metro, and a supermarket a few minutes away to get supplies. The Vatican is only a few minutes walk away to. The staff were really friendly and the room was kept very clean, so all in all, I have to recommend the hotel, and I would stay there again without hesitation!

Apartment style with separate room for children. Although compact it had everything that you'd need.

Location was perfect for Cipro Metro and Ottaviano. Very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. Family suite was perfect. Staff was responsive.

Nothing springs to mind

The location was very convenient to places we wanted to walk to and to the Metro and several bus lines. .The desk staff spoke just barely enough English that we were able to communicate with the barely enough Italian we speak. They helped us make reservations and gave us good shopping tips The best was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The bathroom was set up for doing some hand laundry and it dried quickly.

The room was too small for a king-sized bed. One of us had to sit on the bed and eat with a plate in his lap. The place is popular with youth groups and after we were in bed, they would call our room and hang up or talk loudly in the stairwell and hallways late at night. Their adult leaders would let them block the exits when they had meetings with them in the courtyard.

The room was clean and the climate control of the room worked well. Also, the location of the hotel is optimal for those wishing to go to Vatican City.

We were charged for a Superior Studio room and given a Studio room. We booked a Superior Studio online, which was approximately $20 us per night more than the Studio room. When we arrived, the woman at reception claimed not to know the difference between a 'Superior' Studio and a Studio (even though this distinction appears online and we offered a printout of our online purchase receipt stating we reserved a Superior Studio). As a result we felt there was a 'bait and switch', and were charged the Superior Studio rate for a Studio room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really convenient (near many supermarkets, a local market , many shops...). The appartment we stayed at had been totally renovated recently so everything was clean, worked, etc...

The only hiccup was that the TV had no english channel (but it did not bother us as we did not go to Rome to watch tv).

Excellent location right near the Vatican museum. Tons of food options right outside your door and the metro is a block or so away. The apartment could easily fit 6-8 people, but it was bit strange as one bedroom was almost hidden away. Overall, I was very pleased with the room and the location. Staff was helpful in finding dining options and provided us maps of the local area and of Rome. Also had parking available which is rare in Rome!

Small elevator made it harder to get everything up to the room. No real view out of any of the windows, but for us, the location, the size and the free parking made it all worth it!
