Enjoy complete independence in these self-catering apartments in the pedestrian area of Cattolica. Take a free bike for a ride along the promenade or simply relax by the pool. Your apartment at Residence Capitol is complete with free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and a cozy living area. Bed linens and towels are provided. Towels are changed every 2 days and bed linens twice a week. The Capitol Residence is set facing the beach, close to Piazza delle Fontane. The terrace features a heated swimming pool, which you can enjoy throughout the summer. Enjoy special rates at a number of theme parks, attractions, and beach restaurants. A free shuttle bus takes you to the parking lot, half a mile away. During summer the apartments may be bookable for weekly stays only, from Saturday to Saturday. We spent 10 days in this hotel. The location of the hotel is perfet, on the first line, 1 min walk from the beach. All facilities are available but you should be aware that pool is small and is closed during mid-day hours. So you can catch the sunshine there just 1 or 2 hours. The guest service was good and friendly. The hotel provides private parking for 80 EUR for 10 days. Apart from that the hotel provides air condition for extra costs - 50 EUR for 10 days.

prima appartement met alle voorzieningen in het hartje van cattolica. geen last van rumoer terrasjes vanwege goede isolatie en airco. eigen parkeergarage op 100m afstand. geen negatieve items.

Unicamente la posizione La scostanza del personale della reception che riceve nelle ore diurne. Attenzione alla Super Chiave teconologica che nel giorno di partenza esattamente alle ore 10,00 non permette più di rientrare nell'appartamento... Di questo ovviamente non siamo stati preventivamente avvertiti dal gentile personale del Gran Capitol. Altra cosa è la piscina che si trova al secondo piano che non è aperta 24 ore su 24 e che al pomeriggio è totalmente in ombra. Veramente poco sfruttabile e godibile.
