Location close to everything, safe street to walk (even late in the evening), kitchen reasonable, grocery store nearby...
spacious; nice checkin support; great location for walking to major sites; ability to bring in breakfast / snacks; make coffee. 2 bathrooms
Only negative was poor wifi reception - mentioned to staff at end of stay. they committed to fixing it
Location, size. Anamaria was great.
Air conditioning not 'allowed' until after 21 June despite hot weather during our stay. A little stuffy at night up in the loft.
Great customer service from Annamaria for early check-in and assistance during our stay. We stayed in apartment 3 was clean, nicely furnished and was a big space for just myself and my husband. Perfect location and walking distance to the main sites and restaurants of Florence (also an easy 10-12 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station).
Shower was quite small to move your arms. Also, the hot water didn't last long (as you have to turn on the boiler prior to showering).
Location is superb, appartment has a nice design (Ciclamene) and is very well equipped - you can find all you need in a kitchenette; wery warm welcome provided by AnnaMarie
Low ceiling in the bedroom
Very quiet Good location
Maybe more cooking tools would have been appreciated
Location is just perfect. Rooms are big enough to host 6 people.
A microwave would be a bonus (but there's an oven). There's no hairdryer.
Location - not far from Duomo, San Lorenzo and the bus stop. You can easily have a dinner at home, or take something you have forgotten, also you don't need public transport. Anamaria was friendly. The room for two persons was spacious and rather nice. Comfortable bed.
As we entered our apartment, the owner immediately tried to get money from my credit card without saying a word about that and without showing us the apartment. He wanted money "right now in advance". Then he asked me to sign some papers which were in italian. When I asked him to translate what was written there, he refused to do that and told me that was typical italian document. I still don't know what I have signed. Then he quickly showed us the apartment. There weren't tablets for the dishwasher there was no sponge, no cleaner. There were only 2 shower gels for two women for 5 days. There were no hairdryier, no microwave, no iron. We complained but he told us that wasn't hotel, and we had to buy everything ourselves. Then he brought us one (!) tablet for dishwasher and went out. He didn't give us a city map. But the most annoying thing was the shower: to close the shower cabin we had to push it with a leg. Moreover, it was extremely small - taking a shower was "mission impossible"! Hot water could finish surprisingly during the washing process. Moreover, the apartment wasn't illuminated enough - it was impossible to read sth in the evening. There was only one small mirror in the whole apartment.
Anamarie gave us our keys and showed us around the room. The room was big! It had a loft area with a double and a twin bed. The bathroom was large and modern. There was a full kitchen and living room as well. The location was near the duomo and academia. Everything we wanted to see was in close walking distance. The room also had AC.
Great location, big apartment, good facilities, good kitchen and air cond.
Not very welcoming landlady. Very slow wifi with 3 euro per day per one device.
Great location, well-furnished flat
During the period of stay linens\towels are not changed, internet is paid (3 euro per 24 hours for each device) and the connection is slow.
A very good choice in Firenze. Our appartement was very good, very clean and quiet. Perfect location. When we go back we will surely stay here again !
Good location, close to train and bus transport with most main attractions, such as galleries, churches and shops within walking distance, also close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores and laundromats.
Annamaria who met us at the apartment was warm, friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a really good position and within easy walk of most museums and attractions and also the hop on hop off bus stop. Close to little supermarkets for self catering, and as vegetarians, we found quite a lot of good vege restaurants and food within close walk.
Street noise could be quite loud at night but rarely went beyond midnight during the week, mainly due to sirens on emergency vehicles as it seems to be a main route. However we would still stay there again and recommend it quite highly.
I loved my stay at that place. The apartment is huge and the location is superb! A few minutes walk from the historical center and all the sites. Everything was spotless clean and both kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities. The landlady who manages the place, AnaMaria, is very very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back.
Nice apartment, bedroom in loft, close to most attractions, clean, well equipped kitchen, good security
lacking paper products, some misunderstanding on the use of internet so took an extra day to sort out, bit of street noise at night
