The amazing view. We stayed in a 2 room apartment, which had proper beds, rather than a sofa bed. I recommend this.The views from the apartment were simply stunning. If you are coming fom Como catch the C10 bus outside the station - 30km ride and get off at Azzano-Mezzegra. It is a 10 minute walk up the hill from there. It is a wonderful place for a tranquil and idyllic holiday.

The location is excellent, with a beautiful view over the lake. The rooms are clean and modern. The swimming pool is great.

The top floor apartments have no balconies and rather small windows under the roof so you cannot fully enjoy the beautiful view - it was a shame...

The fact that there was no mention in the description that the large apartment for seven people which we had booked is not on the main site, it is 250 mtrs down the road on the ground floor of a house. Therefore you do not get the views from the balcony that it shows in the pics. Also there is only one toilet/shower for everyone.The kettle provided held only enough water for two people. If the kids wanted the pool we had to walk up the road with them and not just sit on our balcony to supervise them. Also the rediculous charges for breakages. Ten euros for a glass from Ikea that must cost all of one euro, and just hope you don't damage the kettle or the fridge.The pictures on the website do not show the apartment we had only the ones in the main building. Also the walking times given to locations are a little conservative, and the walk to Lenno is down and up a very very steep hill. Overall though a very pleasant and clean location with very helpful staff. I think to enjoy it at its best you need to be in the main building.

Dover pagare 50 euro la pulizia per l'uso della cucina 1 sera quando la sistemazione è ad appartamento, inoltre si vive contornati da divieti, raccomandazioni, richieste di extra-costi (il wi-fi lo paghi, la colazione non c'è, ...)

Excelente el departamento, espectacular la vista al lago. Inmejorable la atencion.

No es simple ubicarlo sin GPS. las callejuelas son complicadas.

La vue sur le lac de Côme. Les petits balcons.

Nous avons réservé un appartement à 2 chambres. L'une des chambres était petite avec 2 lits simples collés mais de niveaux différents et peu confortables. La fenêtre de cette chambre est au niveau du trottoir. Nombreux règlements: départ très tôt, 9 h., défaire les lits et ramasser les serviettes, laisser la cuisine impécable. Stationnement difficile d'accès avec une auto manuelle.

Grand appartement de 2 pièces avec un balcon sur une belle vue sur le lac de Come. Belle piscine aménagée de chaises longues.

Internet payant ( 5 Eur pour 2 h). La voiture est nécessaire

mooi uitzicht, rustig gelegen, nabij meer, privé parking veilig afgesloten, heel vriendelijke uitbaatsters, op wandelafstand van dorpjes Mezzegra en Lenno ( wel bergop terug ) , lekker gegeten in restaurants in de buurt , nabij overzet naar Belaggio ( mooiste dorp in de buurt ). Wij keren er nog terug !
