Easy to access Rome, and great if you have a car as the location is very secure. Bed was comfortable, everything new and clean. Staff was very responsive. Wifi ok. Apt spacious for 2.

Walls are paper thin. Had our car broken into at metro station. Personally as a female I would not walk around this area at night.

Was very happy to find a place that accepts animals (at extra charge). A good location on the outskirts of the city in a residential/somewhat industrial area next to a large park although it's easier if you have a car (in order to get to the metro station Ponte Mammolo). Still, it's possible to take a bus to the metro. We had problems with the water staying hot and although it took two tries for the staff to fix it, their response was immediate. There's a strip mall area with a couple of restaurants and a large supermarket about a mile up the road. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet yet strategic location on the outskirts of the city for making forays into Rome.

As mentioned, we had problems with the water staying hot but that was eventually resolved. Other reviewers have mentioned that there are dogs barking in the neighbourhood and this is true, although it's not constant; but at times it almost sounds like there's a dog sanctuary nearby. The apartment itself was pleasant although we did have the impression that it was one of those pre-fab constructions (I.E. it all feels a bit cheap). Equipment in the kitchen is really at a minimum for two people and there are no wine glasses.

Location is far, we had trouble to find the place and the office didn't answer the phone so we drove back and forth ,and when we at last found the resident and arrived at 19:05 instead of 19:00 we were charged 15 eur The transportation is not that good but after you get used to the time table it gets easier. With all the problem I mention, I will stay there again because the price is great for a family of 5

This is a very well-designed facility and because it is relatively new, it is in great condition. Security of the complex is wonderful, and it is well-situated near the Metro line into Rome. The property is very well-maintained and the staff is helpful.

When the government regulations mandate that air-conditioning not operate, there is the possibility of a flying insect problem in the apartment when the windows are open. We experienced many flying insects with the windows open. It would be helpful if the air-conditioning FAN still be allowed to operate without cooling, so that it would not be necessary to open windows. I know that other hotels do this and it works fine on warm evenings when some air movement is needed. In Florence we stayed at a similar property where the a/c cooling was disabled at night, but the fan still operated.

Clean and new apartment. Within walking distance to bus to the metro station and easy to get into Rome by metro. If there was a problem the staff seen to it straight away. Parking for the car.

The apartment could have benifited by having a washing machine, also an electric kettle.

Convenient parking and transportation, comfortable living environment and the home kitchen is perfect.

The apartments are very comfortable. There is everything you need. Suitable for family stay. There is a large and convenient parking. Metro station is 2 km. The price of parking underground is 1.50 euros or 2.50 euros 12h to 16h. The fare on the subway is 1,50 euros. Extremely convenient option for visiting Rome.

Sound insulation is not good. To hear the neighbors talking.

It provided secure out-of-town accommodation with parking, a short drive to a Metro with parking (€1.50 to park for 12 hours) and a 15- minutes commute to centre. The accomodation had a small kitchen (not used apart from the fridge), a settee and dining table, an average-sized double bedroom, good bathroom. It was clean and pleasant. Had a drying line for washed clothes. It suited us very well for 4 nights. We had "breakfast" at a small cafe at the top of the road, en route to Ponte Mammolo metro

Not much in the vicinity - no problem if you eat in Rome and return late evening. The arrival day was a bit of a problem for finding some food in the evening.

Nice location. Staff knowledgable, welcoming and helpful. Easy access to city centre on a bus and then metro. Secure surroundings with access only gained by those paying to stay and staff. 5 or 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants where most in the local area seemed to have a decent grasp of English thankfully. We were impressed by the apartment as a whole, being lovely both inside and outside. It was clean and functional and would certainly stay in this location again.

Sadly one of the properties in the area seemed to have a number of dogs which would constantly bark throughout the evening and night (we stayed out all day). This sometimes woke us during our 4 night stay. This wouldn't effect my decision to stay again though

A great place to stay for those, who love quietness and fresh air. Next to the residence there is a country park – great place for walking or morning run. There are also at least three food shops in near distance. Apartments are new, clean and not outworn, with well-advised planning and lot of features (like remote controlled roof windows). Kitchen is well equipped, even espresso maker is included. As additional bonus there are even two bottles of drinking water in fridge for free and some shower gel and soap for first evening. Sheets and blankets are good quality. If it is too warm, you should know, that there is a double blanket inside the cover, so you can take one layer out (we discovered it only after the second night :)). There is individual wi-fi router in each apartment, connection is great. TV also has lot of channels available. Staff is nice and discrete.

You will need at least 10 min. to get there from Ponte Mammolo metro stop by foot. The shortest way crosses rather busy motorway. Also you should take into account that courtyard of residence is being improved (but nothing big – like replacement of dried lemon trees), but this is only small inconvenience.

Struttura recente, accogliente, pulita, attrezzata dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente una buona opportunità per pensare di poter muoversi anche con i bambini. Le unità abitative sono proprio carine

Non tanto la distanza da Roma (che è normale sia fuori mano) quanto la posizione, soprattutto pensando di rincasare la sera tardi con i mezzi pubblici...però ci si può fare poco

милый хороший отель расположенный около лесопарка. в апартаментах очень уютная обстановка, на кухне есть все что необходимо для приготовления ужина без изысков))) до метро от отеля ходили пешком минут 20-25 минут, также ходят автобусы, но мы не пробовали. на метро до центра минут 30, в общем не очень долго. Общее впечатление от отеля положительное!)

аэропорт фьюмичино и отель находится в разных сторонах города. на такси до отеля около часа по кольцевой, стоимость такси 70-90 евро. есть альтернативный вариант от аэропорта на городской электричке до станции Tiburtini, а потом на метро до конечной станции Rebibbia, тогда получится 8+1,5 евро)))) Администратор на рецепции есть только в определенные часы и не очень часто.

Tutto O.K. ma per andare al centro di Roma ci vuole 1 ora. Con l'auto si deve raggiungere Ponte Mammolo a 5 minuti di auto, il parcheggio costa 1,5 euro per 12 ore, ma non è custodito, c'è solo il parcometro, poi bisogna prendere la metro fare 9 fermate, poi cambiare metro a Termini e poi fare altre 4 o 5 fermate per il centro. L'appartamento era diviso in due piani, sotto una stanza con il letto matrimoniale, all'ingresso c'è un divano letto e al secondo piano una piccola mansarda con due letti.

L'appartamento era molto bello, la tranquilità del posto è assoluta, gli arredi sono nuovi, la cucina ben fornita

I cuscini e le coperte puzzavano di fumo in una maniera indecente, sembra che non li lavino mai. Mancava un lenzuolo per la terza persona, intanto la reception era chiusa e il numero "per le emergenze" spento.

1) Muri divisori con gli altri alloggi assolutamente inadeguati (si sente anche un normale colpo di tosse dell'inqulino accanto. Impossibile parlare a volume normale, in particolare di sera tardi, senza dare fastidio ai confinanti). 2) orari reception inconcepibili. A parte l'episodio personale, dove mi è stato detto sia per telefono sia a mezzo Vs. mail che avrei potuto consegnare i documenti dalle ore 10,00, la mattina seguente l'arrivo è stato impossibile trovare qualcuno per procedere alla registrazione; anzi, raggiunto telefonicamente, mi si ribadiva che l'orario della reception è dalle 14 alle 19. Mah! E' comunque assurdo che chi giunge presso il residence anche alle ore 19.30, debba poi essere presente il giorno dopo tra le 14 e le 19. Occorre ritornare dal centro di Roma per le incombenze burocratiche? L'orario a mio modesto avviso dovrebbe essere almeno 8-10 al mattino.

Le lieu est agréable, propre et bien agencé avec du goût. On se sent en sécurité et le personnel est discret et agréable.

L'acoustique n'est pas très bonne et on entend ses voisins. Il manque des ustensiles essentiels pour faire la cuisine, comme un économe ou quelques saladiers.
