Nice option if you want to be able to do your own cooking and have more space and more freedom than in a hotel. Reception staff very helpful and freindly, building quiet at night, location is in a residential/office block area but it is only 15mins walk from Caracalla and there is a supermarket and cafes just around the corner. 20euro taxi from Roma Termini station.
Maybe could do with a few more utensils in kitchen, and bigger cups and glasses?
this definitely a depressed place. You can stay only for a sleep. There is a smell in the corridors
Andrea, the host on shift when we arrived. So helpful and forgiving with my impatience at not being able to find the hotel. Once we arrived it was full on and off to handy Metro station, brilliant restaurant next to Eur Garbatella which was closest to the hotel. Fantastic help from Andrea!
Bookings.com directions! Hopeless took us 5hours back on motorwAys and an hour in Rome trying to locate hotel. And no, not everyone has GPS!
Amazing staff, very helpful. Staff helped book us a table for 2 at very short notice on a Friday night, amazing restaurant with real roman food. Very close to the city itself, maybe a 15 minute to the coliseum passing the Roman baths. Very simple hotel but for a short break, cheap and easy it couldn't be better.
friendly staff, good location, perfect if you are traveling by car to Rome.
Modernized hotel with sufficient parking space. Room was big enough since foldable bed. Cooking facility was decent, fridge was big and cold. Two lifts were big and fast.
Parking lot was too small for big cars One male staff had no respect to any guests, he was just busy watching football and chatting. When connected to wifi, instruction says I have to press WWW button on remote control which doesn't exist at all. I had to search through all the tv menu and failed. Then asked to reception, manager passed me a print with wifi code with not a word of apology.
Price Easy access Parking
Away from center
Location is good, 10 minutes by bus to centre of Rome. Price was ok.
Staff was unfriendly. We had Junior Suite for 4 people for 2 nights. Any longer would be unbearable. Definitely not enough space for 4 adults. Shower was dirty and hot water run out fast. Nothing much around the area, difficult to find a shop.
Great and helpful receptionist, who himself accompanied us to the room and showed how everything works. Nice atmosphere, great spacious apartment with every household item we needed (maybe except for dishwashing liquid). Very good location: supermarket right opposite to hotel building, Garbatella metro station in 15 minutes walk and a great fruit market on the way to metro station (on Circonvallazione Ostiense). There is also a beautiful big park across the street, it was nice to walk there at night. And very cheap price for all of this!
Friendly front desk and good price
There wasn't enough hot water for 4 of us to shower in the evening.
personal very kind cleaning every day
a little far from metro station cold rooms due to floor tile air conditions = very much noice in the room 401 you can"t stoped you must open the window to stop or call to reception
Near to bus station, than to metro station. Nearby is the best gelateria in Rome.
Cosy and very functional small apartment. Cleaning room daily.Ten minutes walk to Garbatela metro station.Good neighborhood.
No WI-FI in the room.Smell in the elevator ( smells after dogs and cats). When we flushed the toilet the watter wouldn't stop running.
Super helpful staff! Great location, close to buses, metro, and a grocery
Comfortable room, clean and with a full kitchen! Free internet in the room and Sky Tv. Close to the middle of the city. Special thanks to Mr. Moretti, very helpful and competent.
Very friendly and helpful staff
The staff of the hotel which wanted to help to solve the problem with the change of booking dates, the standard of the room is very good, free Internet connection. In general it is a good a nice hotel.
Lack of breafast (but of course I was infrmed about it before booking); there was not something more valuable than just snacks to eat in the vending machine. 7days maybe would be good to be added or something like this. There is no good shop with a food in the surrounding of the hotel, but this is not a fault of the hotel. Location is not a strenth, but it is on the other hand relatively close to the Garbatella metro station which uyou can also reach by bus. So, what I did not like to much is not wholly connected with the hotel. Just food in the vending machine could be improved ;-)
My family enjoyed our stay here. It's close to the bus and metro lines making it easy to get into and out of Rome. There's a grocery around the corner (5-10 minute walk), so you can make the most of the kitchen fairly easy.
Towels are replaced every three days and there were only three in the four person room.
The service was great. We called to notify them that we would arrive rather late in the night and they had no problem - the guy that woke up to meet us was in great spirits about it as well! Also, the lady that works at the front gave us extensive directions and assistance with any of our questions - she was very helpful.
We did not like the small amount of hot water available in our rooms. My wife and I never both had hot showers within the same time frame. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all, and were pull down beds. Bathroom & kitchenette was rather small as well.
Clean apartment-style hotel
Shower was small and not very nice Internet was not great So far from everywhere you will need to go, basically on the autostrada. Spent a decent amount on taxis so I am not really sure how much I actually saved.
the environment was nice, the cleanliness was superb
The air-conditioner was not working and when i complain all the receptionist said was that its not working.
Professional staff; Location - close to a metro station, easy access to Roma's circle ring; Convenient parking lot; Spacious apartment; Generous choice of tv channels; Laundry and ironing room on the floor;
Internet access – the most ridiculous I saw recently; Windows could be cleaner; Bathroom – only fixed shower, missing forced ventilation; The warm water is from 50l boiler, which is absolutely inadequate; No “Siemens” standard electrical socket; No mugs; Insufficient light in the kitchen;
it is fair in General
ignorance of the male staff, he was only keen on watching football in Computer.
Metro station was close enough and made it easy to reach the centre of Rome
Close to transport so you can reach city center easily, staff at reception very helpful. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. It was actually one big room separated into 3 by walls made of plastic and glass without doors, so if somebody plans to stay with snoring family member or 2 your couples, not much privacy there :)
No wifi in rooms, only near reception area (but we knew that in advance), but still it's kind of standard to have wifi everywhere. Bit far away from metro station (15-20 minutes walk).
