New, nicely finished apartments with plenty of space; secure, underground parking A bit noisy with barking dogs and trains during the day, but it was relatively quiet at night; about a 10 min bus ride from downtown Como |

The hotel/apartment is very new, very clean, very good place to stay. It is a bit difficult to find. Betterf direction on the site would help. |

Alberto was extremely accomodating and helpful to our late night arrival. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with housewares. |

I loved the wonderful hospitality of the hosts, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The accommodation is fantastic and ideally located for transport links both locally and into Switzerland and Italy. I would certainly recommend Residence Como to other travellers. |

The accommodation was of a good size, well furnished and had a quality feel Some of the fixtures and fittings, particularly the stair rails were a little past their best, the ones on the stair and at the top of the stairs were quite unstable. |

zentrale gut erreichbare Lage, Bahnhof und autobahnzufahrt nebenan.für selbstversorger gibt es einkaufsmöglichkeiten.sehr gute busverbindung nach como und auch andere ziele,tiefgarage,residence war modern und angenehm leider hat man das rangieren der züge bei offenem fenster gehört, |
