The rooms were enormous, clean, fantastic location, really nice staff. And for a great price. We stayed with two children and being right between the Rialto and San Marco meant we could stop back at the hotel to drop off gifts, relax, change, at any moment. Loved it completely and will recommend it to all my friends. |

The apartment was superb and excellent value for money. You are right in the middle of Venice and near everything you would want. We even managed to find something to eat at midnight. Beautifully furnished apartment, lots of room, very warm, and smart. Nothing at all. The staff were helpful and delightful. You could not ask for more in a city that is notoriously expensive. |

It was great to have some extra space, with helpful advice from the friendly staff (and free internet connection) and to be able to absorb the atmosphere of Venice. It was a little difficult to find at first. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Corte Grimani and even extended our stay. We would definately return on our next visit. The position was excellent and we really appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment. The washing machine/drier was an added bonus. |

Our room was not available upon arrival. We received an upgrade to a suite with a view of a canal and bridges. The interior is fantastic, tasteful with antique furniture, very spacious given that it is in the heart of Venice.Staff members are very helpful.Very close to Rialto, San Marco and everything else. Just as a note: If kitchen pantry and washing machine are being used (keys required) extra charges apply. - Also (not a critique of the Residence): Plan ahead where to get breakfast or other meals, as breakfast is not provided and everything is sooooo expensive in the area. |

Excellent location for visiting the sites of Venice, although Venice itself is now the tourist 'rip-off' centre of Europe! Like most central Venice hotels it's noisy in the mornings & not easy to get to, particularly if you have large bags! |

excellent staff, rooms and location. The kitchen was not available if you do not pay a final cleaning fee of 50 euro. They should just put the final cleaning cost it into the price of the room and provide what is advertised - a full kitchen. |

The hotel/apartment was an easy walk from the water bus Rialto stop. There were just a few stairs to go up and down. No bridges to cross. The apartment was clean and in a quiet location. Hotel staff were always polite and helpful. There is a computer for guest use for 15 minute periods of time. Nearby are a bread shop, meat shop and a small shop with snacks, drinks and cheeses. There was nothing I did not like but it would be good for the staff to make known the washer/dryer availability. Because the door to the machine is locked it is not apparent when looking over the apartment that it is available. |
