Bien situé,typique et spacieux,très bon accueil,idéal pour couple avec deux enfants,impeccable et luxueux!

Qu'il faille rajouter 50 euros et plus pour l'utilisation des équipements à 290 euros la nuit! Qu'il faille libérer la chambre à 10h alors que booking.com annonce 16h, toutefois il a été possible de laisser nos bagages jusqu'a 18h. Pas de wifi. Aucun déjeuner compris.

What a wonderful accommodation in Venice. Extremely centrally located and very helpful owners. Helped us with directions (a must in Venice) and dinner recommendations. Apartments are top notch. Kitchen without 50euro charge was perfect for morning coffee/tea and snacks for family. Daily cleaning a treat after staying in self catered Apartments elsewhere. We loved it. No problems.

The location is excellent. Both the concierge and housekkeping staff are very friendly and helpful. The concierge had good reastaurant tips as well. It's a low-key place in a good location, good for travelling with kids. Also, good value for the price.

The furniture is comfortable but slightly rundown. However, that seems to be the case in a lot of hotels in Venice.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal and is a short walk to the Rialto in one direction and the same distance to St Marks square in the other. The staff were friendly and helpful in pointing out nice places to go as well as providing a free trip to Murano island via a boat limo. The experience of which, was better than the island itself. Free WiFi was available however was only in range in the lobby. We were given a Ethernet cable and were able to get free internet via a port in the room.

The location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

The only complaint was the lack of wifi in the room. With 4 of us wanting to connect with family and friends it was annoying to have to go the the hotspot (we didn't have a laptop, only phones and tablet).

Central location, friendly staff, roomy apartment

I would prefer wifi access in room, preferably free.

Everything was excellent, the room, the facilities, the staff, etc.

Its in excellent location. Its superb from inside with two large bedrooms with two washrooms and kitchen facilities (although they charge Euro15 for washing cloths in the washing machine in the room and also charge Euro 50 for using Kitchen facilities - the utensils can be used for free). Its just two minutes walk to an excellent restaurant in Venice "Hard Rock" and also close to other famous landmarks.

Its very difficult to find. I was carrying my gps & was having the coordinates for this Residence Corti Grimani. But even then it the gps brought me within 30 meters and it took me around 30 minutes to locate it althought it was exactly around 30 meters. No fault of gps. Its location is such that the first visitor will always have to face difficulty. Best is to take a private taxi to reach there. We went through the public taxi which dropped us on San Marco

Great location. Quiet, clean, and outstanding staff. We will come back.

Size of appartments

Very nice hotel, good location right beside the small channel. Good atmosphere.

We are a family of 4 so the apartment was a nice size. Very clean and modern. The master bedroom is very large and it was nice for my husband and I to have our own room after traveling with the kids for a week. We did not use the kitchen but having the washer/dryer was a necessity for our family since we were traveling for 2 weeks. The room was very comfortable and having free interent is a plus! The location was awesome!!! Walking distance to everything! Hard Rock Cafe in Venice is right around the corner. The staff was pleasant and accomodating.

Be aware that the washer and dryer are combined into one machine. It holds a small load that takes a total of 4 hours to complete the cycle!!! So be strategic when washing and make sure you do not need anything out of it before 4-5 hours!!!! The door will not unlock until finished. If your clothes are not dry---DO not start the drying cycle over because it will be another 2 hours so just hang your clothes out to dry if needed. The hotel was hard to find after getting off the water taxi at the Rialto stop so go to the hotel website and make sure you get a map or directions on where to walk after getting off the water taxi. Once we found it, it is so close and easy to walk to but its easy to get lost among all the small alleys with lots of turns. Not many people in Venice know where everything is so dont rely on getting help from locals. We were so lucky to find a nice man (after 3-4 attempts to get directions) that called the hotel, got directions and walked us there.
