A nice and fine location. Very helpfull and friendly employees. Nice appartment with facilities. The cleaning and providing towels etc. were very good.The see side was very nice. Next year we probably book again! Thanks!!

The staff were very helpful. I had hoped it was in a good location, but it was amazing. Right in San Remo, great for getting to the bars, handy for the market. It's on the seafront and I had a view towards the sea and towards the mountains. The free bike hire was excellent and you're right on the coastal cycleway. The living area was great for the price and there was all the equipment I could have needed. Definitely would recommend it.

The location of this small apartment/hotel is ideal; you overlook the beach and harbor and can easily walk to a supermarket, restaurants, sights, and the city center. The apartment is very well designed and equipped with everything you could need for a stay, and is spotless: everything polished, linens snowy and starched. There is a little noise at night if you leave the windows open, but you can close them (there is air conditioning) and close the shutters. We actually enjoyed listening to the vibrant street life and slept well, even with the windows open. The bed is large and very comfortable. We reserved a parking spot in their fenced lot and that worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is superb - right on the beach overlooking the marina. The staff were friendly, very helpful and acommodating. Free use of bikes to explore the 20km coastal bike track. The 3rd floor studio with sea view and balcony was spotless and fully fitted - we wanted for nothing! Security was tight with the manned reception office overlooking the gated car parking and entrance. The studio was spotlessly clean and the block had apparently been completely renovated last year. A/C, TV (with BBC1), safe, loads of cupboard space, lovely shower room and huge comfortable bed all made this a great experience. Oh, and the sun was shining! We thoroughly recommend Res. Dei Due Portio anyone.

Just a fabulous hotel!

The apartment was stunning. It was spotlessly clean and two minute walk to the beach and town...absolutely perfect, with friendly staff and a great price. I will definitely be coming back again!

rooms need renovation, damp, very old furniture and kitchen equipment, noise- one can listen what their neighbor does, every morning cleaning ladies create so much noise starting from 8 a.m. that it is not possible to sleep, big containers for garbage are located near the doors of rooms- so..noise smell, beach is not free of charge - in fact one can enter beach free but should pay for everything, if you want just enter and do not use their equipment, they put you in the most distant part of the beach from the sea and check your pass every hour.... So, although this residence has good score in booking, in fact it is not good at all

Отличные апартаменты рядом с пляжем недалеко от вокзала и старого города. Номер был на первом этаже со свежим ремонтом. Кухня с нормальным набором посуды. Убирают и меняют полотенца каждый день. Бесплатный прокат велосипедов.

Es ist einfach alles super.Unterkunft, Service, Sauberkeit und Umgebung mit Strand und eikaufen. Wir waren jetzt schon 4mal dort.

Nette en soepele ontvangst en afhandeling. Schoonmaak was in orde, erg handig dat je geen beddengoed en handdoeken mee hoeft te nemen. We hadden een studio met zeezicht, daar waren we blij mee want kamers die dat niet hadden keken uit op straat of een binnenhof oid. Ligging van het appartment is prima, direct bij het strand en vlakbij het centrum. Veel restaurants en bars in de buurt. Fietsen kun je gratis huren, echter mogen die wat beter onderhouden worden. De eigen parking is erg handig en lijkt redelijk beschermt. Al met al waren we tevreden.

Nadeel van de centrale ligging is dat het niet altijd even rustig is. Meestal gingen echter de omliggende restaurants wel rond een uur of 12 dicht en daarna was het redelijk rustig.

Nous avons tout aimé : la gentilesse du personnel, la position , le confort du studio (très complet), les byciclettes et la tranquillité. A conseiller sans reserve!!!
