Good staff, exelent location !

The location of this small apartment/hotel is ideal; you overlook the beach and harbor and can easily walk to a supermarket, restaurants, sights, and the city center. The apartment is very well designed and equipped with everything you could need for a stay, and is spotless: everything polished, linens snowy and starched. There is a little noise at night if you leave the windows open, but you can close them (there is air conditioning) and close the shutters. We actually enjoyed listening to the vibrant street life and slept well, even with the windows open. The bed is large and very comfortable. We reserved a parking spot in their fenced lot and that worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is superb - right on the beach overlooking the marina. The staff were friendly, very helpful and acommodating. Free use of bikes to explore the 20km coastal bike track. The 3rd floor studio with sea view and balcony was spotless and fully fitted - we wanted for nothing! Security was tight with the manned reception office overlooking the gated car parking and entrance. The studio was spotlessly clean and the block had apparently been completely renovated last year. A/C, TV (with BBC1), safe, loads of cupboard space, lovely shower room and huge comfortable bed all made this a great experience. Oh, and the sun was shining! We thoroughly recommend Res. Dei Due Portio anyone.

Apart from the bicycle chain coming off - Nothing!

Excellent beach and seaside location. Convenient for walking to downtown Sanremo.Staff very helpful with train and dining information. Very tidy inside and out.

La posizione magnifica, la pulizia dell'appartamento e la cortesia dello staff. Molto importanti anche i servizi bici e parcheggio.

Un séjour excellent, un personnel aux petits soins et très sympathique. Mise à disposition gratuite de vélo pour parcourir la superbe piste cyclable en bord de mer... Un très bon rapport qualité/prix, tout le personnel parle plusieurs langues dont le français. Ne pas hésiter!

la simpatia e la disponibilità del personale

Ottimo residence sia per il rapporto qualità/prezzo sia per I servizi forniti e la posizione dello stabile (praticamente a due passi dal centro). In questo residence si possono fruire contemporaneamente le comodità di un appartamento ed I servizi solitamente offerti presso un hotel (pulizia giornaliera dell'unità abitativa con cambio della biancheria bagno, cucina ecc). Veramente ottima scelta per chi vuole soggiornare a Sanremo ed avere la comodità di poter cucinare e spostarsi agevolmente per raggiungere le splendide località della vicina Costa Azzurra. Lo consiglio vivamente e se avrò l'occasione ci tornerò molto volentieri. Dimenticavo......ottimo lo staff del residence così come sono state molto apprezzate sia la cortesia che la professionalità dimostrate dal personale addetto alla reception.

Posizione eccellente davanti alla spiaggia.struttura di qualità con tutti I comfort per godere al meglio della vacanza. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento fronte mare (vivamente consigliato) quando ne avevamo scelto uno interno.Grande sorpresa!! Torneremo sicuramente.

Un insieme di cose: cortesia del personale, posizione, disponibilità del parcheggio, raggiungibilità, rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Posizione ottimale, vicina al mare (ma non alle migliori spiagge) ma lontana dal traffico; vicinissimo ad un supermercato e a poca distanza dal centro di Sanremo. Struttura rinnovata recentemente e ben dotata. Staff pronto e cortese. Appartamento (il nostro è stato un bilocale) ben dimensionato e luminoso.
