The kindness of the staff, who gave us an ample and very clean apartment on the upper floors equipped with a cradle. Also the location was perfect, close to Piazza Unità d'Italia and to the beautiful ghetto. Definitely we will come back!

good location, just a few steps away from piazza unità d'italia and the old town parking is a problem, kitchen was quite small and on the night we were there there were problems with the heating

Location was convenient to conference, restaurants, city centre & quayside. Our room was on top floor, which provided good views & was relatively quiet. The kitchenette facilities are pretty basic, & would be quite limiting if you seriously wanted to cater for your own meals, but was adequate for breakfast & snacks. We found plenty of good restaurants within a short walk, so it wasnt a problem. The building renovation was a good try, but a lost opportunity - a number of details could have been much better with a little more thought.

Location was perfect. Centre of town, but on quiet side street, so no noise at night (however the local church bells woke us consistently, as I'm sure was the case in all accommodations across the town). Staff were friendly and efficient. The kitchen was as well equipped as my own at home! There was a lift, so we didn't have to carry our luggage up endless stairs. The apartment itself was HUGE and spotlessly clean. Also quick wifi connection. It was a bit expensive, but I think accommodation in Trieste is.

The receptionists were very friendly and competent. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Nothing to do washing up with. We stayed in a Venice apartment which provided us with basic breakfast food, which would have been very appreciated in Residence del Mare.

We had a little misunderstanding concerning the reserveration, but the man behind the front desk was very friendly and helpful and everything has been done uncomplicated - this is really an amazing insider tip!

Only three blocks from UNITA Square and Eduardo, the, manager was very helpful. Our room was really an apartment with kitchen and all, very clean and roomy. I'm glad the Italian business men were on vacation during August. A little difficult to find because of city signs. Parking was free but a few uphill streets away but worth it

La posizione ottima con percorsi pedonali. La vicinanza alla marina di San Giusto (mio marito ha la barca proprio lì). La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. La camera più che funzionale e carina. Dovrebbero mettere più attaccapanni in bagno.

- sehr zentrale lage (1min zum platz) - eine kleine wohnung ist immer besser als nur ein zimmer - unglaublich sauber - trotzdem rezeption - parken ist etwas problematisch - aber das ist eher das problem der stadt, nicht die des hotels
