Very nice staff, we slept well. Close to metro station and close to the grocery. Really enjoyed staying there.

Decent hotel with an excellent price-quality ratio. It's located outside the city center, but with a metro station around the corner the center is just 15 minuts away. Within walking distance of Stadio San Siro. Very polite and helpfull staff!

When we came back the airco wasn't working while it was quite hot in the room.

Huge clean room with kitchen. Hotel located close to the metro station if you plan to visit center of Milan. Car parking place provided with competitive fee.

Very helpful and polite staff at the reception, closely situated to public transport lines (metro, bus) and a supermarket. Easy and fast to get to the city centre. Clean decent rooms with small kitchen. Heating!

Sound isolation was not perfect but after a long day walk it doesn't matter much.

Good small apartmens with balcony, there is also small kitchen fittings

Price for quality was great to my opinion., Location just 5 min walk from metro network and another 10 minutes away from the heart of town. Mini-kitchen in the room was very handy. Clean overall., Staff is normal, not any worse than in 5 star hotels.Certainly a wifi, which worked great in the room

Nothing specially bad., Perhaps, blankets are a bit thin and air system a bit noisy (for my wife at least), but this is a budget friendly hotel., So if you want more and want better, you may go for more expensive option..

No mircowave, city tax seems a bit high (2 Euro per person per night), which adds to the total amount paid.

Very well kept, clean and with exceptionally helpful receptionist. For the price we paid it was really superb.

Away from the city center, but very close to metro station, so it is easy to go sightseeing.

Air conditioning was excellent, and essential in Milan in August. The hotel was situated in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the Gambara metro station. Friendly staff. Very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel.

Very cheap hotel for very comfortable rooms. Very nice staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Totally recommend this hotel for people who want low prices for very good rooms.

Clean and nice room where you can cook for yourself. Lidl is not far away so you can get some meals. The metro station is one block away, so you can be within 15 ,I'm in the city center!

Host spoke English and was accommodating. Air conditioning was a blessing in August. Good internet connection. Balcony didn't have much of a view but was nice to have. Beds seemed firm but I slept well. Good sized freezer/fridge and small cooking area if you needed it. Elevator was small for regular use but was nice to get the bags up to the fourth floor. Metro station a short walk away which gave you a direct connection to the Duomo. We found free street parking on the street outside but we were there during the summer holidays, so I'm not sure if that is always the case. I had asked for a double bed in my booking, meaning a larger single bed. They somehow interpreted this to mean I wanted twin, smaller single beds. But once the error was realized, they got a room with the correct bed ready for us. Clean, quiet room, good value.

Didn't like that I was asked to sign an information release form for 3rd party marketing.

Удачное расположение, соотношение цена/качество, рядом большой супермаркет Билла и изумительный ресторанчик. В номерах чисто, есть все необходимое, деревянный пол.

Нет минусов, в следующий раз точно выберу его.

La atencion de Angelo...siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos. La habitacion muy bien.

Un particular olor en el pasillo..no desagradable...pero que nos acompaño en todo el viaje dentro de la maleta.

A bit outdated

приятные, небольшие апартаменты. есть все необходимое (большая удобная кровать, телевизор, кухонная утварь, небольшая плита, мойка, холодильник и т.д.). даже новая тряпочка для посуды и новое средство для мытья посуды. при заезде нам предложили номер без балкона. попросили- нашли тут же!!! спасибо)))- оказалась огромная лоджия на 2 окна с балконами на 5-ом этаже. очень вежливый англоязычный персонал. (даже чемоданы донесли). вечером обнаружили, что нет микроволновки- на следующий день принесли. большое спасибо за гостеприимство))). для нас, как для самостоятельных туристов было важно проживание в апартаментах (как дома и ни от кого не зависишь). при выборе апартаментов сначала немного переживали из-за удаленности от центра, но оказалось, что до ближайшего метро- действительно 5 минут черепашьим шагом. 6 остановок - и вы на "дуомо". прямо у метро супермаркет. в общем, всё замечательно. цена=качество. рекомендуем))))
